Did you remember the days when you were told to go to school, get a degree, get a job and start working in an office. In fact, your parents were concerned about the way you woul dress to the office and everyone around will see you going to work?

Although, a lot of people loved this method of work and were proud of it but then the pandemic came, businesses stopped working and gigs became the new employees. With Gigs, things changed and companies stopped employing workers based on degree but rather based on experience and speed to deliver.

I like working remotely because it gives me convenience and freedom to work as per my preference and because of Covid pandemic most of the companies have given this option to their employees. it is even a good reason for these companies to save on their cost and many of the companies have given the options to their employees to visit office once in a week and continue to work remotely.

working from home is here to stay, if we talk about profitability pay for the tasks makes people more productive, you can quickly locate where is the fault in your equipment, avoid renting premises and other expenses that are related to having a physical space, on the other hand if we see it as an employee this can have more control over what you earn if you decide to serve more customers also has another advantage as working hard then rest a few minutes and return to continue with their work but already more rested also have the advantage of not wasting time traveling to work and back home.

I see working remotely getting dominant in years to come and truth be told this last year has reveal the good side of working remotely and which I see it been embraced a lot in the future

Sure. We will be telling our old fashion way of working bye-bye very soon and embrae a better future.

Greetings @gbenga

Stereotypes are simply the adoption of behaviors that unbalance our way of being and acting, the pandemic made many things change among these stereotypes and the rigid mechanical styles we had to work, relate to friends and family, I think that certainly over the years we will be developing much of the work from our homes. Best regards.

In the past, parents would ask to go to work in a suit but after the pandemic, parents started asking "haven't you gotten an online job, I need to be safe and be able to work from home" funny indeed.

Kind regards, working at home requires a lot of discipline and planning to meet the goals set. Several people have awakened to a new model of work at home environment and have managed to see a potential that in the routine of a work at home job they had not been able to see. Your article is very accurate. Thank you.

The pandemic brought a drastic change to the world and now we have to learn to start making it a normal thing.

Hello @gbenga
One working from home saves a lot of money and time, of course it does, as well as energy. Because it often happens that going out and getting home implied a great effort in view of being able to take transportation, commute, in short, it was exhausting. Now from home it will always be much easier.

The world is gradually shifting from the office kind of work to the home office type of work. It is more productive and less time consuming.

This covid has changed many situations , we have to explore new things in terms of works and it is better also work from home is very efficient and cost effective for company.
