Not all of us like our boss, in fact, so many bosses end up not liking themselves when they become a boss, and although they do not like what they have become, they need to keep the business of being successful in their business going. It is no doubt that as an employee, you could get fired at any time especially when you start to notice that your boss now acts like an Olga, coupled with the fact that the HR gave you some pretty bad reviews previously, and a few meetings are taking place without getting you involved, then, there you should know you are on your way out of the company in no time. This said, you should either start looking for another job or try to keep the current job you are in.

Instead of whining on how your boss do not like you or how you feel it is a personal matter, try to make yourself valuable and an employee that cannot be disposed.

While you are trying to pitch them a good plan so as to remain at your job, remember that the plans should be realistic, giving an unrealistic plan is just digging the hole deeper to fall into.

Work on improving your efficiency, it might mean not scrolling through your phone regularly, and setting a better time schedule for everything you do. When this is done, it is important to do more than it is expected in your field. When I say do more than expected, I mean try to do the job to perfection and even wow your boss a little. Do not overstretch as it can become very annoying and seen as a show-off. Work as a team player, work as a support, and try to volunteer for things people do not want to do. Ensure to ask question and throw ideas as you do not want your boss to see yourself as the little child who cannot contribute but rather sit and get a pay cheque at the end of the day.

Finally, it is significant to get a good rest as well as be very hydrated while working. You can clamp down a little on the coffee and take more of water. Eating good food and doing exercise is a good way to keep a good life. Do not work all day long, take breaks in between. You can try these simple things I just said above and see if you would get a good result of not.
