The Dangote(s) aren't self-made, the Dantata(s) are nowhere near self made. There is literally no Nigerian billionaire in Dollars that is actually self made. They either inherited money from their parents, got very good starting push, or enjoyed government intervention just like Elon would enjoy for the next 4 years.
