How can we enhance self-knowledge?

I'm not sure I agree with much of what you've said there, although maybe that's simply a difference in our cultures.

Jordan Peterson says that if you're a willing listener, people will tell you all sorts of things they never intended to.
In the Western world, no one wants to hear what we have to say. So when we encounter someone who is truly interested in hearing what we have to say, we fumble around and do a terrible job of explaining ourselves. But we keep talking because talking about ourselves is a novelty, and we do a bad job because we don't get a lot of practice.

I wonder if that's a bit closer to what you were trying to say.

Hello friend.

When we are talking about how we can improve self-knowledge, we are referring not only to differences in our cultures but we also need to know ourselves deepen in each layer of your personality, our behaviors, attitudes and beliefs in order to have a better quality of life, it is a deep and very special process that can give us a positive turn to our lives.
