Every Buddy is here but the real question is "Are you Busy" "Are you productive" If you think you have no time & your life is to much busy so my post is about that problem.
In this post, I will tell you, How you can turn your mind from busy life to a productive life. For this I used many sources to write this post, such as Sir John Hargrave book "Mind Hacking" , How to Change Your Mind for Good in 21 Day, So lets starts.
Analyzing
The first step is analyzing. In August 3, 2012, NASA give a task to engineers to to feel the pain for 7 minutes because at that day the robot named was Curiosity He may land in Mars planet. In this project NASA spend 2.5 Billion Dollars.
In 7 minutes the speed of Curiosity Rover decreases from 13000 miles/ hour to 0 mile/hour speed. So the signal takes the time from earth to Mars is about 14 minutes, So Curiosity Rover will be land through that command who Already set during its launch time. Finally, After the complex operation, Curiosity Rover Landed on Mars. The authors say, this robot was fully equipped with a camera Thermometer, and Sensors Nasa engineers control all things easily from Earth.
If We see our self, we are like a robot except we don't have cameras and thermometers, but we have eyes, ears, nose, skin & sensors & we collect data using our body parts & send to our brain and our brain control & save all these things. But the question is who controls the microprocessor of Curiosity Rover, Obviously NASA Engineers from Earth. They Control the Microprocessor of Curiosity Rover Like that who Control our mind. The answer is simple We Control our minds.
In 21 Days converting our mind to take the concept from that line "You are not your mind" Means our mind and we both are different things. Let's take the Example. Assume that we are watching a movie in the movie theater. Before starting the movie your mind starts analysis about the movie, like what is the name of the movie How actors will perform in the movie and you become excited to watch the movie. Now in the real movies is starting and you are watching the movies in the big screen. After some time your brain catch the movie scenes in your mind and you don't about other persons in the theater because your mind is full focusing on the movies scene. With the emotions of movies you laugh, you cry .
We forget that it's a movie not a reality and we think this is a reality. Exactly that our mind and us both are different things. our brain things many Ideal things but we accept these thing real like a movie and we think about past or future, so that's why we play mind game for next 21 days. When we remember something at that moment what our mind thinks, that's it. When we believe our mind and us both are different things our mind hacking process will start
Reclaiming Attention
Reclaiming Attention means we will practice game no 2 , Which means we will not divide our attention to anyone.
In the world. Many people in the world spend to much money to get the attention of others Like social media marketing campaigns to sell the product like Colgate tooth & these people makes money from us to getting our attention and we pay money to buy their product & he Become a rich & rich
So now think only one thing If we give attention to other people we will give our hard-earned money to others. I we buy
Colagate We give 5$ to the other.
So Promise to yourself, don't give your attention to others for one hour in a day for next 21 days. In one hour don't open any app that want your attention like facebook and many other social media Apps, Mute the notification and reclaim your attention.
Retraining Your Concentration
It means to train your mind as you want. Every day 10 to 20 minutes play a game no 3 " See Your Breath " to train your mind according to your desire.

Observe your breath at that place where anyone does not disturb you. Give a task to mind to think about breath not other things.
Imagining
Einstein says "Imagination is more important than knowledge " If We Imagine our married life is not running smoothly then we face problems. If we imagine we will not get the job during the interview definitely we loss the chance of job.
If we imagine we will not give good body shape to our body then something like that will happen with us.If we think our we are not good in running then our body will respond accordingly to our imagination but if we plane these all things in good way and we think and imagine positive then definitely we will achieve all these thing. So start positive imagination for 21 days to train you mind to imagine good and Positive things.
Conclusion
If we start working on these point for 21 days, after that our mind will train to think positive.
In the negative society, we need to train our minds to think positively. If our minds think in a positive way then we can do anything in the world.
