There's actually no doubt that most of us are quite familiar with Safemoon project which has been in existence since last year. The project is also one of the top crypto projects with the highest number of trends on twitter and this can also be observed as shown on their official twitter account with over 1 million followers plus a twitter verified badge.

Despite the fact that Safemoon seems to be a very new project with a high driven community support in the crypto space, the team had already created a version 2 for Safemoon with the nomenclature "Safemoon 2.0" and all old Safemoon holders are advised to migrate from the old Safemoon to the new Safemoon (version 2).

My content today will be mainly focused on how you can migrate or move your old Safemoon tokens into Version 2 for users who have their tokens stored in Safepal wallet and I definitely hope you'll find this helpful.

Steps Required to move your Safemoon tokens from Safemoon v1 to Safemoon V2

• The first step is to visit https://safemoon.com/ by pasting on your mobile browser and then you click on the "Consolidate to V2 Safemoon button" as shown in the above screenshot.

• You will be automatically redirected to Safemoon Swap and this is where the transaction will take place. You are required to connect your wallet with Safemoon swap by clicking on the "connect wallet" option as shown in the image above.

• If you have your Safemoon tokens stored directly on Safemoon wallet, Metamask or Trust wallet, you can just click on the available options directly but since i have my Safemoon tokens stored in my Safepal wallet, I will have to use the "wallet connect" option to link my Safepal wallet with Safemoon swap.

• Select Safepal since that's the wallet I have my Safemoon tokens stored.

• Select the account containing your Safemoon tokens.

• Click on confirm to authorize the transaction

• As you can see, I already have my Safepal wallet connected with Safemoon swap.

The next step is to go back to our mobile browser and access Safemoon swap to proceed with our swapping or migration process.

• This shows that my wallet connection with Safemoon swap is successful. As you can see from the above image that my Safemoon balance is already showing on Safemoon Swap.

• Click on the max button to convert all your Safemoon tokens and then click on the "Approve Safemoon" button to proceed with the transaction process.

• Approve the transaction by clicking on the "confirm" button

• As you can see from the above screenshot or images, it shows that my transaction has been approved which implies that I can now migrate my Safemoon tokens easily.

• Click on the "migrate" button to migrate your Safemoon tokens into Safemoon version 2.0 (SFM)

• Click on the "Confirm" button to authorize the transaction.

• I already have my old Safemoon tokens migrated into the new Safemoon version as shown on Safemoon swap

• As you can see the migration process was successful. I now have my old Safemoon converted into the new Safemoon (V2).

It's important to know that you will need some amount of BNB Smartchain (Bep20) to engage in this type of transaction due to the fact that the BNB will be deducted as gas fee. Feel free to come my attention via the comment section whenever you are having issues
