I am not trying to discriminate by gender here but I am always impressed whenever I see women going into the business or financial world and performing well there, for ages the world of a woman has been linked to the kitchen and this has killed a lot of strong dreams that some women had. Some women however have broken out of this chain of set back and they have made the decision to make their dreams come alive despite being saddled with the responsibility of being a home keeper at the same time and that is something that I am undeniably proud about when I see.

It takes a strong and confident woman to succeed in the realms of business and in the co-operate world likewise, it requires confidence to act there and when a confident and strong woman is spotted, it is easy to see it through the way that she behaves and acts even when she is in a strange place.
A confident woman is not shy about anything, she is usually very bold about what she wants in life and she will usually do anything to get it, this go-getting attitude makes her jump back up from her mistakes the instance she make them. You will always notice a confident woman likes to talk about what she does and if she is an entrepreneur she mentions it everywhere she find herself with the goal and purpose of meeting more customers and making more money.

A confident and strong woman does not know how to depend on people and I guess that is a good reason why she works very hard and she is always ready to go to any good length to have her skill recognized.
A confident woman is always not fearful of being alone so she does not need to cry and wait for someone to support her before she gets her goal achieved. A confident woman is unbreakable and that bound and class that she has created for herself always helps her to win several battles either she has someone to support her or not.

A strong and confident woman does not expect every day to be rosy and smooth so even when she is going through a rough time, she simply picks up her bag and she looks for a better way to make things work out even better.
A strong woman does not feel comfortable at a point, she looks for bigger channels that will keep her moving, so she improves her skill all the time and regularly push herself to get to a better level all the time.
Hi @ireti, unfortunately we are still in a very macho world, in which many believe that women do not have the same capabilities as men, and we are different, of course, but the reality is that we can both be successful if the conditions were similar, but we know that to a large extent in society there are marked limitations for women.

I agree with you, in relation to the characteristics indicated, despite being quite low still the % of managers and managers worldwide (19% until 2019 according to the ILO), it must be recognized that women have advanced in this field achieving managerial positions in large oragnizations recognized worldwide, as is the case with Ginni Rometty , CEO of IBM and Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook.
