Blockchain for the PNF in my University

They asked me to do a task in which I could include the use of blockchain in any sector that saw it as necessary or innovative. The evaluation consisted of carrying out the explanation of the project with a CANVAS model. At first it was very easy for me to imagine it since where I currently work I have had to participate in multiple projects together with the Process Management, so I was thinking about what I could do for the task. I knew that Algorand was working together with the Italian Society of Authors and Editors, and I was encouraged to think of something similar but at an educational level.

Me pidieron hacer una tarea en la cual pudiera incluir el uso de la blockchain en cualquier sector que lo viera necesario o innovador. La evaluación consistía en realizar la explicación del proyecto con un modelo CANVAS. Al principio se me hizo muy fácil de imaginarlo ya que donde trabajo actualmente me ha tocado participar en multiples proyectos junto a la Gerencia de Procesos, entonces fui pensando en que podía realizar para la tarea. Sabía que Algorand estaba trabajando conjunto a La Sociedad Italiana de Autores y Editores, y me animé a pensar en algo similar pero a un nivel educativo.

Any captured the approach of absolutely everything we had discussed about the project in a SWOT Matrix, which represents in a box the Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses and Threats that a system can carry or have.

Any plasmó el enfoque de absolutamente todo lo que habíamos conversado sobre el proyecto en una Matriz FODA, el cual representa en manera de cuadro las Fortalezas, Oportunidades, Debilidades y Amenazas que puede llevar o tener un sistema.

We begin with the * Value Proposition * that represents the introduction of a Copyright Platform for PNF (National Training Projects), from which our project arises, this allows us to visualize thanks to the CANVAS model as it relates to others elements. Three elements were fundamental for us: The Platform, The Client and the Flow of Money. In the last point we had placed that the income flow was going to be Free, but then with the guidelines of our teacher and analyzing it in depth, we noticed that we would always have to depend on someone (in monetary terms) to pay for services such as key activities and resources, as well as the cost structure.

Comenzamos con la Propuesta de Valor que representa la introducción de una Plataforma de Derecho de Autor para PNF (Proyectos Nacionales de Formación), desde la cual surge nuestro proyecto, esta nos permite visualizar gracias al modelo CANVAS como se relaciona con otros elementos. Para nosotros era fundamental tres elementos: La Plataforma, El Cliente y el Flujo de Dinero. En el ultimo punto habíamos colocado que el flujo de ingreso iba a ser Gratuito, pero luego con las directrices de nuestro docente y analizándolo a profundidad, notamos que siempre ibamos a tener que depender de alguien (en lo monetario) para pagar servicios como las actividades y recursos claves, así como a la vez la estructura de costos.

Why did we come up with this idea of ​​Protecting PNF projects with Blockchain technology?

The idea arises from our question and concern of what would happen if we were copied the development of a system or an application for our community in which we were delegated to work as support and developers, being us who from the beginning are doing from "scratch "the work of gathering information, development and implementation of the system we carry out ?. What would happen if plagiarism occurred? Well, I dare say that it would not take long for the fact that there is no current system that verifies each document that reaches the coordination of PNF for its subsequent approval, It should be noted that the development of a system is often generic and only tends to change certain aspects visually or functions for purposes required by that community, but developments are generally very familiar. The fact that a project is completely carried out at the expense of another already done discredits the work carried out and we consider disrespect towards those who did work day and night to develop it while others were only more alive.

La idea surge de nuestra interrogante y preocupación de ¿Que pasaría si nos copiaran el desarrollo de un sistema o de una aplicación para nuestra comunidad en la cual fuimos delegados a trabajar como apoyo y desarrolladores, siendo nosotros quienes desde un principio estamos realizando desde "cero" el trabajo de levantamiento de información, desarrollo e implementación del sistema que llevamos a cabo?. ¿Que pasaría si ocurriera un plagio? Pues me atrevo a decir que no pasaría mucho por el hecho de que no existe un sistema actual que verifique cada documento que llegue a la coordinación de PNF para su posterior aprobación, cabe destacar que el desarrollo de un sistema muchas veces es genérico y solo tiende a cambiar ciertos aspectos en lo visual o funciones a fines que requiera dicha comunidad, pero por lo general son muy familiares los desarrollos. Que un Proyecto esté completamente realizado a costa de otro ya antes hecho desprestigia el trabajo realizado y nosotros consideramos falta de respeto hacía los que si trabajaron día y noche en desarrollarlo mientras que otros solo eran más vivos.

Entonces esta plataforma debería de revisar cada documento linea por linea y asegurar que no esté copiada la información "exacta" de otro Proyecto. A menos de ser una cita o alguna ley que se esté desarrollando como parte explicita en el documento, la lectura linea por linea eliminaría en cierta manera la corrupción o el plagio de los PNF en un gran porcentaje.

Despite being a somewhat vague idea or lacking so much more precise information, it all starts with the same thing, the idea that a blockchain system applied in this way could improve internal work and protect the interests of students at the university.

Pese a ser una idea algo vaga o carente de tanta información más precisa, todo comienza con eso mismo, la idea de lo que un sistema blockchain aplicado de esta manera pudiera mejorar el trabajo interno y proteger los intereses de los estudiantes en la universidad.
