One of the best house/property buying opportunities will be later this year.

The crypto bull market is approaching. People are currently buying bitcoin over the counter. They are doing everything they can to prevent the price from rising further. And they are doing all they can to drive the price down (dumping when they believe they can generate enough sell points). However, this results in a scarcity situation in which bitcoin becomes unattainable.

Almost every day, I hear of a large firm purchasing a significant amount of bitcoin. Where is all the bitcoin coming from? It is not actually moving via exchanges. It appears to be purchased "over the counter". Or perhaps the purchasing quantities are all a hoax. Some of the "bitcoin" black rock ETFs purchased were listed as IOUs.

Real estate is going down.
We've constructed too many suburban cracker-jack boxes. Developers are already aware that there are no buyers and are giving dramatic incentives such as free kitchen improvements or mortgage rate reductions. They've previously tried going directly to rentals, but there aren't enough individuals renting at a cost that will cover the loans. It has occurred; we have passed the top, and we will only witness diminishing demand.

Demographics are declining everywhere. Almost everywhere, below replacement. The longer we continue on this decreasing trend, the fewer dwellings will be needed. And, not in, we just have to wait for new purchasers; there are none coming. There will be more and more vacant homes.

I feel that one of the most significant factors that will make exchanging crypto for houses such a lucrative proposition is that individuals will want to sell their "assets" for cryptocurrency later this year. So, that second house, or those unused rental properties, will be offered for trade-in cryptocurrency.

The next major thing is that it will be permitted or encouraged to trade for cryptocurrency. For example, suppose Trump says that cryptos domiciled in the United States will be tax-free. Then a straight across transaction for a house may be tax-free, or even tax-beneficial.
