Sometimes isolating oneself is a way of protecting oneself and not an indolent approach to one's surroundings. This is the case with autistic people, of which I am one. Now certainly the human being is prone to form clans, brotherhoods and ways to exercise their power or selling point for the rest, in addition to practicing other selfish ways against fellow human beings.
