A few days ago I was talking to one of my nephews, regarding the fact of studying at a university or not, I particularly told him that studies always add value to us, give us a different perspective on everything, and that socially it has its weight, but it is definitely not "the definitive solution to economic problems " nor is it the open door to security in the future, but it is important to be trained.
Among the things we talked about, he basically wants to dedicate himself to sports, specifically soccer. He has some years practicing that sport and he is doing well, and outstanding, without any doubt, but although it is true that elite athletes have great income, it is not something that is safe either, so I think that if he talked to me to help him clarify his doubts, I think I could have confused him a little more well, however, if I gave him a more global vision of things, based on my experience.
While it is very true that he could have a bright future as an athlete, it is also feasible that this is not the reality, everything, in the end, is very conditioned by various factors. Many of these we can not control, so if I think that then we should focus on those that are, in a way, under our domain.
So I told him that I particularly thought that the careers that are related to the technological area are the ones that will be more and more in demand in the future, since the world is becoming more and more digital, and technology is what is dominating practically everything today, and in the future it will be even more dominant. For example, being a programmer today is something that in a way opens many doors, and if you master the area of Blockchain programming, all the more reason to have a great field of work.
This is a very particular vision, since I have no certainty that this will actually be the case, but that the technological world will continue to gain ground is a reality, we see it daily, and knowing programming is very clear that it is one of those jobs of the future that will be more in demand.
It is possible that you who read me have another conception of this, I would like to know it, to see if you share my opinion about it. Have a great day.
Greetings @josevas217, I think your advice was very accurate considering that the future is virtual, coincidentally a day ago I was talking with my wife, that our son likes computer science and programming is a very lucrative area for virtual development.
So long, have a great week.

Hi @josevas217.
It really is very good advice you give to your nephew, no matter what one ultimately want to devote in life, to be able to do our studies and graduate in any profession so we will not exercise, gives us another perspective on life, those words remind me of several conversations I've had with Luis here at home, thanks for that content.

Hello @josevas217 friend, I particularly think that we are good in those areas that we are passionate about and that is where we must insist and not give up, never settle, I believe that we all have good natural skills and other learned ones that in some way will be our "life tools" and it is with these that we can venture into a profession that we like and that according to our effort yields the fruits that we expect.
