And if this is a regular practice of this user then the proper corrections will be taken in the matter, we can not allow users to do these things. it is very frowned upon.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    Thank you @josevas, I hope that was a limited one time thing, and he knows better now, I do not want anyone to build their account with the wrong things. That particular post was from a friend of mine, @uchihanagato.
