In the last 3 months I have been in psychotrading sessions with a specialist in the area, and one of the first things she started to talk about and work on was limiting beliefs....
This seems to be a kind of phrase from those motivational books that do not help much, but, let's see, I think that thinking in that way is a mistake, because I have been able to verify it, because I have been able to verify it even in myself, and only by changing those beliefs that we have from our childhood period, replacing them with others, is that we can then advance in some areas in which perhaps we feel somewhat stagnant.
Of course, in the particular case of these sessions are focused on what is trading and the vision that we have of money, how we feel when we win or lose it, among other things, but these are things that we have to think about in our life, because in general we have a belief system that defines what we think, as well as the emotions we feel, what we do, and obviously it will determine our results.
I know it sounds very simple, but the reality is that working with that part of us, with our psychology, is not an easy thing to do, because dealing with these things from our past, those that sometimes we don't even want to remember, is not always pleasant. And maybe when we refer to the physical it might be that we overcome it easier, but when it comes to the psychological, the reality is that it is usually a process of months or years.
I think that when we discover what limits us, a belief that makes us not to take a step, and we change it for another belief, taking the step becomes easier, and the possibilities that we keep moving forward are even greater, and finally it is what I think we are all looking for, to fulfill goals, to achieve those life purposes.
A few months ago I did not fully understand the importance of a coach, but today, especially in terms of entrepreneurship and business, no doubt that having as a guide someone who has already walked the path you want to walk, will facilitate the process, for sure.
Thank you very much for reading this post, I hope it is helpful for you. I think if you feel you have some roadblocks in your life, there is someone who can help you in the process. Greetings.

One way for us to fight back our "limiting beliefs" is by thinking of good things that happened to us in the past, also realizing that good things are happening to us in the present.
We only need to try to bring to the surface and focus on those positive things.
In this way, chances are higher for good things to start happening in the future, thus unlocking our full, virtually limitless potential.

This is something like overcoming an obstacle that goes unnoticed within us, but when it is eradicated, things change for the better, and it even has a significant influence on business.
