The incorporation of Tron into the Steemit Wallet was a very pleasant surprise for me. Although I was expecting it, because we had received a lot of information about it in the beta version, I could not help but feel excited and happy when I saw my new Tron wallet.
Several weeks ago, a friend told me that he thought STEEM would be replaced by TRON.
I told him I did not share that idea. But to be honest, it made me think about it.
The first thing that came to my mind was the way Steemit users would receive Trons.
Since Tron was included in the steemit wallet and the rewards were programmed in such a way that the amount of Tron is directly proportional to the amount of SP generated (1Tron : 1SP), I wonder:
Is it just an introductory promotion or will this be sustainable over time?
I think this is a totally valid question that all STEEM users should ask ourselves.
As are my friend's doubts about the possibility of STEEM being replaced by TRON.
It seems that something very different is happening.
I think Justin sees potential in STEEM as a great social network, which can do things that Steemit communities do, but on a much larger scale.
In the past, communities on steemit were used to promote Justin Sun's innovations, products, exchanges and other technological proposals.
Now this integration between Tron and Steem is being promoted, so we can think that there is still much to come. I believe that at the moment they are testing and learning how to use the communities and the collective sense of STEEM, to benefit TRON.
Finally, I would like to close with this very personal thought:
Tron has been a cold ecosystem, without humanity, but with enormous potential.
Steemit has the human side that Tron doesn't.
There's the gold mine Justin is looking for.

Hello there!
I think so, but imagine receiving the same amount of $ in STEEM & TRON! There if I think it would not be sustainable. Let's say that these first steps are the bases of great growth with respect to TRX in a future 2021

I think the same.
I don't believe that this could be sustained in time.

I believe a lot of steemians are quite happy with the new trx integration but what keep bothering my mind is hope it will be maintained in the long run

Not only that, but there is an uncertainty that Tron will take ground and displace Steem.
We do not know how far the modifications could go, although as long as Steemit continues to work on the Steem Blockchain, it must continue to use STEEM as the main currency, isn't it?

Muy constructivo tu post amigo @juanmolina, una asociación que proyecta steemit para grandes cosas, ojalá esta promoción inicial pueda ser duradera y el valor del Tron pueda fortalecerse aun mas...

@Juanmolina, I liked reading your post, but I think with the following statement:
"Tron has been a cold ecosystem, without humanity, but with enormous potential.
Steemit has the human side that Tron doesn't.
There's the gold mine Justin is looking for."
You don't do justice of TRON. I would like to challenge your message that TRON is a cold eco-system. As a TRON user since mainnet launch, I can inform you that TRON is far from a cold ecosystem and in the coming weeks and months I will take the task upon me to help Steem users to become more familiar with the TRON ecosystem.
It goes far beyond the projects run by TRON Foundation: DLive, JUST, BitTorrent, WINk, Poloniex... There is a wealth of projects build on the TRON blockchain who all have their own values.
One by one I will introduce them here in project.hope on Steem

Thanks for fully reading my post.
Like I said: these are my very personal thoughts.
When I say that Tron is cold I mean it from my own experience. Do you really like the atmosphere of Tron? Does it have a friendly interface?
The answer is NO!
Can be improved?
The answer is a resounding YES!
Good luck with that.

Hi @juanmolina
My impression so far is that this integration will serve both blockchains. It had been delivered in very smooth manners, without any technical problems. Without nodes being down for a day or two (which was often the case with previous hard forks).
Communication between STINC (@steemitblog) and communities has been also performed quite well. This gives some sort of faith in future of STEEM. I think by now most of those who believed that Justin Sun is here to ruin STEEM should come to conclusion, that they were clearly wrong.
I can only imagine that coding this integration of TRX into STEEM wallet, testing it, planning etc -> it surely took loads of resources. I don't think this work would be wasted by reversing it back to the way things were.
I totally agree with you. In my opinion STINC and Justin Sun are building communities around them in perfect way. They are building amazing marketing tool.
I surely wish we could stake our TRX tokens and delegate them, the way we delegate SP. Otherwise - I would expect that most people will be selling received TRX rewards, knowing that they cannot really stake them and profit on holding it (except of hoping that price of token will increase).
ps.

They can actually do something similar to staking like freezing they trons and earn 8% apr yearly which to some people is quite good considering the fact that some people are even planning on holding their trons for the bull run future

It makes no sense to think that after having invested resources in modifying the Steem wallet, then these updates are reverted.
I agree on this.
On the other hand, this was not a hard fork at all.
If we analyze well, this new integration has not affected the STEEM economy at all.
None of the calculations in the reward curve have been changed, there is also no direct way for these TRONs to be entered as a stake in Steem, they do not give you influence or voting power.
Steemit is simply being used as a promotional channel for Tron.
The Tron ecosystem has millions of devalued tokens. By placing a small amount in the hands of Steem users, then there is a great possibility that these tokens will be frozen in Tron, more users will know the advantages of Tron and probably acquire more Tokens and use them within the Tron ecosystem, which which would be reflected in higher Capitalization for Tron. Its prices would rise and finally break the barrier of 0.04 Usd where it has been trapped for months.

Hi dear friend your final reflection is very good, I hope that Justin finds his real gold mine here the rise of the steem and the SBD I think it is due to all this of the TRX, I had not thought that the tron can replace the steem but now that it You raise well I understand that it is a possibility

Greetings my dear @juanmolina, like many also was a surprise when I got the notification about the TRON and even more when I had to open the wallet integrated to my search engine.
Sincerely I felt disoriented because I am not familiar with the operation of this platform, thanks to your publication my perspective has changed a little and I hope that this integration will bring benefits to users of the different communities that make life in #steemit. Thank you for your contribution and we will continue reading.

Hello @juanmolina
This unification took me by surprise, I think many.
But for now everything seems to be on track, on a win-win basis.
Now, I don't know where it's headed, there is a lack of more education in the handling of Tron, I particularly know some things, but not enough to be able to perform better in other areas of that blockchain.

Like you, I also feel insecure when I should take actions on the Tron Blockchain.
I already opened my wallet, installed the extension in my browser and froze Tron. I also did some upvotes.
But I did everything in an automaton way. I really wasn't sure what I was doing.

That is certainly a learning process. It's something new, a new Blockchain, already in a few months, if we investigate a little, we can be sure that we can be more confident about how to handle ourselves...

Hi @juanmolina
I agree with you that this merger is in order to take the best potentials of both (Tron and Steemit) and achieve the best economic benefits.

Yes, at the end of the journey everything translates into economic benefit. This is undeniable.
But I think the true evolution of both platforms should go beyond that. The values of the people should be promoted. Community value should be exponential.
