Why most of the people don't see the change coming?
The #1 reason - people are not ready to unlearn.
This is why they often skip the new realities and don't believe in the new changes as it does not catch with their prior knowledge.
When we don't unlearn, acceptance for the new realities become much harder. This has to do with the EGO of an individual, people don't want to get contradicted.
Unlearning and Relearning is the way forward.
The changes are happening so fast that we cannot only stick to the old methodologies. Nowadays a "Learning" also comes with a VALIDITY period. If it is applied within the time span, outcomes will come otherwise redundant.
On the bigger picture, the education system will be completely revamped soon.

this year 2020 was a lot of learning in all aspects.
I think that unlearning is simply "learning a new technique" or "acquiring a new style to do things", it is really necessary because we are living in times of constant change and we must optimize the time, make the best of the circumstances and above all things give more value to our environment.
