This is good topic u wrote about. I think it is important that people grow businesses slowly. When entrepreneurs wants to attract huge customers, they are forced to offer their services for free, because they somehow believe that it will bring customers. Yet it is different from keeping them. They get the product for free and leave when you implement the actual price. It's always like that. Get a good standard and let the customers come slowly.
