Take a closer look at how other people treat you. Many of them have secrets that they don’t tell anyone. As a rule, they hide them deep inside, without showing others what is really going on in their souls.

This is a kind of defense mechanism against possible criticism. By knowing what to look for, you can easily spot what other people are trying to hide from your eyes.

Often, a person’s lack of self-confidence manifests itself in the form of aggression directed at others. But if you look closely and listen, you can see where people's shortcomings appear when they try to blame you for something.

1. Traitors accuse you of Betrayal

Have you been accused of treason? Me - yes. It turns out that the one who makes such accusations is actually a traitor himself. And I don't fully understand why this happens.

Perhaps my partner just wanted to even the score by making me look as bad as he did. A defensive reaction immediately turned on in me. Of course, I didn’t cheat on him!

And only over time, when we had already parted, did I understand what really happened: they showed me something that I shouldn’t have seen. Hearing accusations of treason, the terrible truth was revealed to me.

2. Liars accuse you of lying

If there is no evidence, then only you yourself know about your lies or truthfulness. Whether a person takes your words seriously is a manifestation of their ability (or lack thereof) to trust you.

If you are accused of lying, although you know that this is not so, there is a high probability that in reality the interlocutor has something to hide from you.

As with the behavior of a traitor, the point is to divert the attention of liars from yourself and your tendency to lie.

After all, if you are caught lying, then “the score will be evened out.” Then their lies will seem less terrible. But if you know what to look for, then by changing your behavior you can bring them to light.

3. Insecure people make you doubt yourself

There are people who doubt themselves, and they will do everything they can to make those around them feel insecure too. This type of behavior indicates the internal complex of the offender. Most bullies have also been bullied before, and now they feel the hour of “reckoning”.

Very often the attacks from these people are almost invisible. But if you keep your eyes open, you will likely notice signs of their low self-esteem.

Just don’t use the knowledge you gain as a weapon! Try to get to the root of this insecurity and help them get rid of it. Don't finish them off.

4. The way people treat you is a reflection of who they are.

After all, how other people treat you poorly is largely a product of their experiences, feelings, and actions.

If you are unfairly accused, then these are not accusations at all. In reality, these people are simply confessing something to you. Listen carefully.
