I have been using this earbud for over 2 months, hence, I'm giving you a concrete review of this product. The earbud looks quite expensive on the outside as you can see below. I really do like how it looks, and it catches the attention of people anything you bring out of the pocket to use. I get more attention than someone using an Apple AirPods because people always want to know what I'm using, which is quite nice if you are looking for fancy earbuds.

Appearance

Now take a good look at the earbuds out of the case or charging case. Doesn't it look good? It definitely looks and feels good. Its shining black and golden colour are amazing. It really does catch people's attention a lot.

The earbuds look and feel good to some people but not to me. The doesn't fit my ears quite well. After putting on the earbuds, I can manage to use them for 10 minutes without feeling any pain. But when it gets to 12 minutes and above, I start to feel pain around my ears and start getting headaches. I have tried it a couple of times and the same outcome always occurs. To me, it's a no, because of the pain it gives me. But I have given it to my girlfriend and she has no complaints at all, she literally loves the earbuds and puts them on almost every time. In the conclusion, the way and manner the earbud is created, means, it fits some people perfectly to the ear and it doesn't fit well to other people. You need to have this in mind if you want to purchase an earbud that has this kind of structure. I personally prefer earbuds with foams and have different sizes of foams, so it fits well to one's ear perfectly.

Sound Quality

The sound quality is fair to me. I like earbuds that have good bass but this particular earbud lacks bass. Although the sound is clear and nice, it is missing out on bass. You don't get that interesting drops in beats, it's just flat. When it comes to answering calls, because its sound is clear and nice, it is amazing. I could say it's one of the best earbuds I have used when it comes to answering the call because the level of clarity it very unique and I like it very much for that fact. But I can't be using it to listen to music because it's not worth it at all.

Battery Life & Charging Time

The battery life of the Oraimo Freepods 2 is quite good. It lasts me about 2 hours and 40 minutes of music time. It takes less than 15 minutes for the earbuds to get fully charged when placed into the earbud's charging case. It takes the earbud's charging case less than an hour to get full. It takes up to 7 to 8 charges to drain the charging case. To me, the battery life is very great. You can enjoy music all day with 15 minutes breaks after 2 hours and 40 minutes. You can basically take it for a 2-day journey without charging it and making use of it throughout the day. That's why to me, the battery life and charging time of the earbuds are just too amazing and excellent.

Specifications

The Oraimo Freepods 2 comes with amazing specifications for its price range. It makes use of Bluetooth version 5(v5.0). It covers an awesome range of 10m/33ft, which means you can put your phone in a different room and yet be listening to music in another room and receiving a call. It covers my entire apartment, when I connect the buds to my phone, I can literally be at every corner of the house and still be listening to my music playing. Each earbud weighs 4g, which is very light. So whenever you are putting it on, you don't feel the weight that much on your ears. While the charging case weighs 31g, which is also quite light. You can easily carry it everywhere you are going without feeling its weight. The battery capacity of each earbud is 37mAh, which makes it last about 2 hours and 40 minutes of music play. While the battery capacity of the charging case is 500mAh, which gives it the ability to charge both earbuds over 7 times.

Unique Abilities

The earbuds have unique abilities as it is touch sensitive. Whenever you tap on one earbud twice, it plays music or pauses the music. Whenever you tap and hold on the left earbud for like 1.5 seconds, it plays the previous track. Whenever you tap and hold on to one earbud for 5 seconds, it manually turns off the earbuds. Whenever you tap on the earbud once when there is an incoming call, it answers the call. Whenever you Tap and hold on to the earbud for 2 seconds, it rejects the call.

I have gotten quite a number of earbuds, but this is my first touch-sensitive earbud and it is amazing performing these awesome tricks with it.

Conclusion

This is a good earbud that goes for about $15 and is packed with many awesome specifications. I like the touch-sensitivity aspect of the Oraimo Freepods 2, the battery lasts quite well for me, is very good for making calls or watching videos on one's phone and its appearance is really good and catching to the eyes. But it is not my kind of earbud as it lacks good bass sound and that's a major reason for me buying a wireless earbud. Also, it doesn't fit well to my ears as it gives me pain after 10-15 minutes of usage. Quite a good earbud for the price but not for me. I would rate the Oraimo Freepods 2 a 4/10.
