Computers and the Internet have made communication so easy that the whole world has become one village, the Global Village. Now everyone can increase their knowledge by getting information from all over the world through the internet in one place. The Internet system is a global system in which hundreds of millions of computers are constantly connected to each other.

The Internet is the result of the efforts of a few American visionaries in the 60's who believed that computers could send the required information from one computer to another in the fields of research, science, and military information. In 1962, J.C.R. Licklider, affiliated with MIT, first proposed the Global Computer Network project, and in the same year began work on the project as head of a new organization, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
Leonard Kleinrock of MIT and later UCLA developed the "packet switching theory" which was to serve as the foundation of the Internet connection. In 1965, Lawrence Roberts of MIT connected a computer at the Massachusetts Institute to a computer in California via a dial-up telephone line. This proved that it is possible to build a wide area network and at the same time it became clear that telephone line circuit switching is not enough for this purpose. This proves that Klein rock's packet theory is absolutely correct.
The first e-mail was sent in 1972, and the same year the Telenet protocol was developed which made remote logging of computers possible. This protocol is called Request for Comments (RFC). RFC is the medium through which development work can be shared with your community. The FTP protocol was developed in 1972, which made it possible to transfer files simultaneously on Internet sites.
Although the computer was introduced before 1976, when Bill Gates and Paul Allen founded Microsoft in 1977, the Internet became increasingly popular around the world. The last word, top level domain (TLD) is of special importance in the address of any website on the Internet.

TLD is very important in terms of search engine optimization (SEO). It depends on the TLD how important your site is to search engines, the stronger the domain name the more popular the website will be. For example, when a person searches for anything on a search engine, if your domain name is on a service, your site will immediately appear in the search.
TLD has a lot to do with the success and promotion of a website. Top level domain words are allotted by International Corporation for number and name, which includes netcom, org, edu, gov, mil and many more. Of these, edu (Education), gov (Government) and mil (Military) are reserved for governments and institutions only, while everyone has access to other top level domains.
In today's modern age, the use of cyberspace has become commonplace through the Internet, from business to education. The world has come out of the compulsion of computer sets and now even in laptops and mobiles the internet has very low rates and is easily available everywhere.
The use of search engines is very important for finding anything on the internet. Google is one of the most used search engines in the world. Google's site has access to many of the world's languages, due to which Google can be searched in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi. With this search engine, computer users in the most used languages in the world can easily perform their search. Apart from Google, some other search engines are also noteworthy in terms of usage, such as MSN, Yahoo, Safari, Mozilla and others.

There are currently millions, or perhaps billions, of websites on the Internet that contain detailed information about every field and it is only a matter of time before a search engine returns to that item and all the details are readily available. Today, thanks to the Internet, we can easily communicate with any of our distant relatives via email, chat or voicemail.
Thanks to the Internet, the education system has improved. Social media has promoted news and informational content through internet blogs, social networking sites, mobile SMS and more. Traditional media journalists and other business people are connected to a large number of social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Google Plus and others to reach out to the public, all this is possible due to internet.
Thank you for reading! Stay Safe!👋😌
