The life of an entrepreneur is one that has to always make decisions, the decisions made are either going to make or mare the business completely and when it comes to decision making, there is really no expert at it. Sometimes we make certain decisions we applaud ourselves about and other times we make decisions we regret at the end of the day.
Decision making is very important because our lives and businesses completely lies upon the decisions we make at very crucial points of our lives. That worker you lay off or the one you employ are all a product of our choices and the outcome of our choices.

We must never allow our emotions rule over the decisions we make and that for instance may be employing someone just because you feel pity for their situation, you are not running a charity organization you are running a business and everyone you employ to that business is a face of the business, certain customers may never meet you but constantly interact with your employees so you want to be sure of the type of personality you are employing to represent you and not allow your emotions rule over your thinking capacity.
Maybe you have this terrible employee that more than twenty different customers have complained about and you have spoken to on several occasions, but because you are trying to understand how much she needs the job you still decide to keep her in the customer service department. The truth is, she will send all your customers away, dump you and your business after you are unable to pay her and look for a better job, as harsh as you think that sounds that is exactly what is going to happen if the appropriate decision is not taken.
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU ARE MAKING THE RIGHT DECISION?
Right decisions are going to help us a lot and before we make that conclusion, we have to sincerely answer the following questions:
How does this decision make me better?
Does this decision have a positive impact on the future of my business?
Does this decision have the capacity to ruin the reputation of my business?
If the decision you are about to make is not going to make you or your business better, then it is better you cancel the idea.
If the decision is going to have a great positive impact on your business, then yes that is what you should be saying yes too immediately.
If the decision you are about to make has any way to ruin your business, then it is better for you to stay away from such decision very much.
