I remember writing in one of my post and talking about how useful the morning of an entrepreneur should be and how much importance needs to be placed to how the morning of an entrepreneur is used.
In that post, I laid so much emphases on making good use of the early hours of the morning and today I will like to talk about some of the things we do in the morning that needs to be ignored if we are going to get the most out of our morning.
Take every day as an opportunity to do something good.
Waking up early in the morning and rumbling is not a good way to start the day, waking up every day is a great privilege that needs to be appreciated so quit the habit of complaining and get up to do something great with your day instead of complaining about it already.
Stop ignoring the morning bath.
A lot of stay home entrepreneurs have the usual habit of getting up from bed and straight to their work desk without having a bath first, that early morning bath is very important as the first thing you do in the morning because it helps you reduce stress and of course get rid of the sweat you have streamed up in your body overnight.
Always trying to multitask while you rush to work.
There are certain things that needs to be put in place the night before, when such things are in place it saves you through the stress of trying to multitask the following morning. Placing your clothes and shoes in the right places before going to bed the previous night will help you get prepared to go to work the following morning.
Replace the caffeine with water.
It is very understandable that caffeine is good to keep the body energized in the morning but just before you sip that caffeine, take a glass of water first to help regulate the body and skin, after water consumption you could jump right on to have your cup of coffee.
Stop ignoring the little tasks at home.
Some of us who still have to rush off to a physical job every morning, often ignore the essential need to perform simple task at home before we leave and when we get back home after work and all we want to do is to rest, we still get back to the tasks we left undone in the morning.
