Here I want to share a huge success story of an Indian Businessman and a man on a mission Rathna Girish Mathrubootham. March 1974 born from a middle-class family, a son of a retired banker of a small town Trichy, in the State of Tamilnadu from Country India.

Girish started his schooling at Campion Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School. In 1996, he completed his graduation with Bachelor's in Electricals and Electronics, from the Shanmugha Arts, Science Technology & Research Academy and enrolled for a Masters In Business Administration from the University of Madras, specializing in marketing.

When he was working at Zoho, he thought and decided to start his own company for IT help desk product services and in 2010 he started Freshdesk. He has started this company in a warehouse with only 700 feet of space in Chennai. His friend and he took the support of his colleague Shan Krishnasamy.

The company reached $100 million in revenue in just 8 years. The company rebranded its name from FreshDesk to Freshworks in 2017 and build its strong foundation by opening its headquarters in California and expanded its offices at the global level from India to Germany, UK, and Australia as well.

Now the company "Freshworks" becomes the biggest business software company. Nowadays the company is trending in the market with a highlighted focus at the international level because of its blockbuster IPO launched at the New York Stock exchange and this company raised $1 billion and overnights its 500 employees become millionaires.

The man and brain behind this grand success, is Girish Mathrubootham, a South Indian entrepreneur and a founder and CEO of Freshworks. His journey is from the grass route level to the moon is amazing.

He has faced many family issues like he is coming from a divided family. His father has given divorce to his mother and at that time he was only 7 years old. His father remarried after 3 years. Despite many challenges, he tried to stay himself strong.

He did a job in many companies like HCL Cisco, eForce, AdventNetInc and then he get employed in the technology giant company Zoho. In Zoho, he worked as the Director & Vice-President in Product Management Department.

Freshdesk created a revolution in the way customers interact with the companies while using social media. This tech giant offers companies to address customer complaints from different channels, allowing them to have information such as payment information, subscriptions, account details, or in a quick-accessible manner.

As of today, $13 billion (95,000 Crore in Indian Rupees) is the net worth of this company. This company has more than 50,000 satisfied customers all over the world. Major clients of this company are Hugo Boss, Honda, Toshiba, Cisco and others. These all are big brands.
