image.pngDear readers, this is going to be longer post, however, I would absolutely appreciate it if you could spare 10min of your time.

Several days ago @steemitblog announced their Community Curators Project and many awesome projects applied to be part of it.

INTRODUCTION

line2 - Kopia.png
It took me a few days to find "inspiration" to write this publication. I hestitated for that long partly because many of my supporters and people I collaborated with had decided to abandon Steem blockchain and move elsewhere. And some of them may turn their back on me as well, accusing that I'm supporting Justin Sun, censorship, centralization blah blah blah.

This simple fear of possible confrontation increased after seeing @TravelFeel developers being harassed and insulted after their application was posted.

I strongly believe that project.hope application could also potentially get us some new enemies and that we may be criticized by many on HIVE chain. It's an awful position to be in. However, I never chosed to give up on STEEM and I'm still not willing to do so. Definetly not because of some external pressure.

So HERE WE GO ....

PROJECT HOPE - our goals, vision and dreams

line2 - Kopia.png

Click HERE if you like to learn more about out team.

We've started our operation around a year ago. During that time, I was passionate about history, culture and the economy of Venezuela. I even met a few well educated users on Steemit from this particular country. Some of those people were university professors, earning as little as 10 usd monthly and I wanted to change that, so I came up with an idea ...

Collectively, we formed a small group called "project hope" and our initial goal was to work towards setting up an online marketing agency - which would focus on providing several number of services to businesses built mostly on steem blockchain. Community building, consulting, brand building, attracting well targetted users/traffic for those businesses (representing one of few industries: blockchain, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity).

That's where the name for our PROJECT HOPE came from - we all work hard and share similar HOPE to be able to build and secure online job positions for ourselves.

The Community or subject areas you would like to curate

line2 - Kopia.png

That is our vision and we're steadily moving in that direction. However, in meantime Project.hope developed greately and it turned into a large community of people passionate with topics related to:

  • technology,
  • steem,
  • blockchain,
  • artificial intelligence,
  • machine learning,
  • cybersecurity,
  • economy,
  • business,
  • marketing, social media, psychology etc
(we're trying to avoid topics related to poltics and religion)
    POSTS ARE ONLY IN ENGLISH.

WHO DO WE SUPPORT AND HOW TO JOIN

line2 - Kopia.png

We welcome all users who share similar passion towards the topics mentioned above to join, subscribe and post within our community. Anyone who understands and shares our values; anyone willing to be active and supportive towards other authors are more than welcome.

image.png
Link to our community: https://steemit.com/trending/hive-175254

Our goal is to mostly support already EXISTING users, who has proven some sort of track of activity and strong engagement with other steem users. As much as we do appreciate quality content - we believe that it's simply not enough and we focus that by upvoting publications of those, who are supportive towards other authors posting within project.hope community. We prioritize content creators, who are willing to invest their own time also to engage in comments with others.

IMPORTANT:

We're planning to focus on upvoting content published by users, who are NOT powering down all their rewards. PH intention is to support those steem users, who are here for long run and intend to increase their stake of our fav blockchain.

OUR UNIQUE ECONOMY AND FUTURE GROWTH

line2 - Kopia.png

We came up with a very unique economy for our project. You may have already realized, that all authors who participate within our community are setting up 20% beneficiary to @ph-fund. And you may ask yourself a valid question: why is that?

Those funds are helping us to cover expenses related to our growth. It allows us to financially support our core team (5 Venezuelans - ouf of which 3 are university professors). In return, they are helping by engaging with other authors posting within PH community, bringing new new users to our community, getting more delegations etc.

You can read more details about our economy here.

Second part of those funds are being used to reward all most active users within our community. And our system has been proven to work well. Results of our efforts can be easily seen on the printscreen below (engagament rate):

image.png

SUPPORTING GAMING INDUSTRY ON STEEM BLOCKCHAIN

line2 - Kopia.png

I've already managed to introduce steem blockchain to a couple of businesses and I'm constantly learning how to attract business owners to get involved. Our focus will be to promote GAMES built on steem blockchain. We came up with an idea to promote those games with ref-links. Not as a single individual affiliate marketer, but as entire well coordinated team. A team capable of building a strong and active community around the promoted project.

Lately, our core team supported game @holybread with their product beta-testing and we've managed to attract over 150 new users. We consider it a valuable experience. I strongly believe that profits generated as affiliate marketing team, would allow our project to grow even bigger and indeed allow us to build a real-life business on STEEM blockchain. Bringing real value to our chain.

This is exactly how we're planning to bring value into steem and attract serious businesses to our blockchain.

Yours, Piotr

FEW ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS:

a) Your experience and background on Steem

I'm a social media marketer, with years of experience in this field. STEEM blockchain has been my passion since March 2018.

b) Any languages you are fluent in

Polish, English

c) Why you think you would make a good curator

I'm relentless, open-minded and constantly working hard to achieve our goals. Most of all, I know how to deliver results and our project.hope community is just one great example.
I also lived for 11 years of my life in Asia and I like to believe that I developed solid understanding of Asian cultures and Chinese ways of doing business. I'm a combination of 2 different worlds and it is my huge advantage.

One question - what is the view of your core team about working on Steem? They are all active on Hive, and some appear critical of Steem there.

Thank you

The Steemit Team

Hello @steemcurator01, I understand that the question is addressed to @crypto.piotr as leader of this group, but as the question hints to the members of the core team I want to express my opinion on it.

I think that the steem bifurcation that took place at the birth of Hive, occurred in a very hostile environment, which generated various opinions about one and the other chain, that is, a lot of dust was raised that must still settle.

Some of us decided to keep the commitment in Steem and we believe in the bright future of the chain, I also think that the commitment to Project HOPE is very strong for everyone, that is, most of us are committed to the objectives of this project in this chain and outside her.

Particularly where Project HOPE is, I'll be there.

Thank you for considering this application, supporting Project HOPE support is supporting the growth of STEEM and STEEMIT.

Particularly where Project HOPE is, I'll be there.

@fucho80 friend, I'm going to be honest, I'll reply to the comment of @steemcurator01. However, I am sure and I firmly believe that this sentence contains more than I can say about our project.

Thanks for your wise words-

Friend, I know the commitment you have with the project, I also know the quality of person you are, so I am sure that you will always make the best decision when it has to be done.

Thank you for your response on this.

This project is a great blessing for, many Venezuelans subscribed to their community but I still did not write my first post and because I had to turn off my steem account not because I want to retire from steemit but with all these changes my economic situation was carried out little difficult, but always all problems have a solution thanks for sharing such a valuable and motivating publication greetings from venezuela ..

Appreciated @steemcurator01.

The events underlying the purchase / sale of Steemit.inc unfortunately resulted in the formation of 2 sides.
Both sides made mistakes and hostilely attacked each other. Right in the middle of the battlefield are the average users like me who are still trying to assimilate the situation, adapt and evolve.

I firmly believe in freedom of expression and as a member of Project Hope's core team, I convey this philosophy to all of our subscribers and members.

Steemit is my cradle. Here I was born and I grew up. Here I plan to stay.

It fills me with hope to see initiatives like 100 DAYS OF STEEM that shows us a will for change and where it is being given users the opportunity to be heard and have a leading role within the community. This was previously not possible at Steemit.

I also consider that self-criticism is one of the greatest values that we have. This will allow us to correct and improve ourselves.

All the best, Juan.

Dear @juanmolina

Very mature comment.

that shows us a will for change and where it is being given users the opportunity to be heard and have a leading role within the community. This was previously not possible at Steemit.

I have exactly very similar impression. I used to run few different businesses. I failed few times. And I've learned that lack of communication between IT projects and final consumers (in our case: communities) usually leads towards dead end.

So it's very refreshing to see some form of communication with Steemit Inc. happening.

Cheers,
Piotr

I agree.

This new initiative is marking a before and after in the relationship between Steemit and its users.
Without a doubt, it is irrefutable proof that there is a real will to change.
I hope that the user community knows how to value this opportunity.

Hugs!

Thank you for your response.

Thank to you for support!

Dear @steemcurator01

It's obviously very difficult question and it seem that many projects and regular users struggle to make a decision, which may affect their future. Many of us (small regular users) got caught up by surprisse.

I spoke with large number of people, all of whom I've meet on Steem blockchain. And it seem that majority is confused and unsure how things will play out in this war between Justin Sun and old witnesses.

So most users seem to have similar approach: let's wait and see what's going to happen before we make decision. Wouldn't you agree?

I "spoke" with all guys from our core team and most active PH community content creators and they all share similar view. I'm personally trying to stay neutral. However I must admit, that communication with Steemit Inc. has been better now than ever before. Which I see as a great sign.

What @Steemitblog is doing now, entire 100days campaign is a great start. But it won't be enough. You need community leaders to be able to attract those who do hestitate back to Steem blockchain. Which obviously you already know. We can help each other. It's simple as that.

Yours,
@crypto.Piotr

Thank you for your response on this @crypto.Piotr

The Steemit Team

@project.hope is mainly focused on engagement, the feedback between the great writers that form this great community makes @project.hope unique, I know the beginning and how this great project was formed, the writers that contribute a delegation also help the new writers that are starting in the blockchain, a project that grew absolutely fast becoming known in the blockchain attracting great writers and of course investors.

I know the founder @crypto.piotr and his complete struggle to make this great project visible that will remain giving hope to a whole community, and attracting great writers with a main focus of engagement.

I am also part of this great community of @project.hope and now I can say that, I can freely navigate among other communities proud to say that @project.hope is now 100% established and recognized by many in the blockchain.

@edgarare1

Thank you for your supportive comment @edgarare1 :)

Dear friends, behind the account @steemcurator01

In the blockchain there is nothing hidden and you more than anyone know it.

Now, in the lives of many of us here at Steemit it has always been our rented home, of that there is no doubt. But what happens when to your home that is not yours, the owners begin to move the foundations of that house.
I wonder what you would do when a war breaks out where the least economically protected. we are in the middle,
What would they do?

In my place I remain faithful to Steemit, but I will make mine, a very intelligent sentence from my friend @fucho80, Anywhere where the Project HOPE is, I will be.

There's a reason it's called Project HOPE.

All the paths that we take, always in an individual way, will always lead us to ourselves as the end of the path that we take.

Our commitment as a team is very clear. Support all of us who can support, from our accounts individually with personal projects, as well as support from this team.

The change that you are generating. it is a good change for everyone. and for that I congratulate you.

Yours,
José G. Lanz.
From Venezuela I greet you.

I have started on steem about two years ago and I'm still here. This is mainly thanks to @crypto.piotr who was the first person to welcom me on this blockchain. Being a part of the @project.hope community leaves me with no iota of doubt in supporting the community to earn th community curator status on steem. @Project.hope stands out as one among many communities on steem that are giving in their best to build steem.

Project hope has been an integral part of my steemit journey, i really hope we get a delegation from steemit.inc.

It is comforting to know that we represent something of value to you.
Thank you for being part of the family.

I appreciate your encouraging comment @ben-edom :)

Project Hope is the best platform I've ever come across on Steemit and I am very proud of this great platform. I've never regretted being a part of project hope and I'm quite sure every members of the community feels the same.

This is a space where we all feel at home.
Once new subscribers get to know our ecosystem they always stay with us.

For me it is a pleasure to be a member of the community team and to participate actively curating content, I have learned a lot with all the publications that are made and I consider it a great idea to support them.

Thank you for your supportive comment @reinaldoverdu :)

I wish you are successful in this effort. I think best to ignore all the abuses being hurled at those who are sticking with steem. I think both blockchains have space to flourish and acquire new users. And I think projects such as project hope are better ways to bring new users. Hope you get to be a community curator as part of Steemit's initiative.

Your words are very kind and full of positive energy.

Thank you for being a part of Project Hope Family.

Dear Piotr, as i answer to @btcmillennial post, we are not responsible of what happen between steemit and hive, so we are right to keep going on wherever we want.
The big mistake was done by @ned which was selling the blockchain without asking an opinion to the share holders and what is happen is visible to everybody. I do not blame to justin sun, he just wanted his money get on the real, but ned scott sold his and all our share together, because he was the owner of it and he could decide to do it according anarcky freedom law, doesn't matter which trouble it would be happen to others. This is the main difference between the european and american freedom point of view, european say that my freedom finished where another one freedom could be affected, american freedom is who have more power have more freedom, like @themarkymark, he order himself to be cop of steemit and now the real owner (before was not an owner but just a big kid!!) kick him off with exactly the same american freedom right!

With all due respect to you, dear @intellihandling, I must tell you that this does not look like the best place to post this comment.
It may be very valuable, but it seems to me that this comment is out of context.

Dear @juanmolina, i just give my answer to this sentence in the post:
"I strongly believe that project.hope application could also potentially get us some new enemies and that we may be criticized by many on HIVE chain. It's an awful position to be in. However, I never chosed to give up on STEEM and I'm still not willing to do so. Definetly not because of some external pressure."
Of course i have some emotional feeling and may be i wrote something wrong but my intention was to keep going on without fear...:))

I understand you bro.
Thanks for your kind reply.

Thanks @intellihandling for dropping by and sharing your thoughts with me

@project.hope is among the most engaging and supportive communities I am in thus far. It is always bustling with life. It is also one of the few communities that have clear goal and vision.

@steemitblog i hope you look into project.hope community application.

Thank you very much Brother.

Hello friend @crypto.piotr congratulations brother this is a great presentation of the project and an excellent publication to apply as a Curator.

I think there is not much more to say, only that behind this project there is a great team passionate about this work, who loves blockchain and for the most part is committed to the objectives of Project HOPE.

Fucho.

Thank you very much dear friend.

Hello friend @crypto.piotr, I congratulate you on this new initiative.
@project.hope

Thanks dear friend @sacra97.
You will always be welcome to Project Hope.

Loving steem has always been in my heart and @project.hope made my bond for steem stronger. Project hope has been the reason why a lot of users are still on the steem blockchain even with the lomited resources available. It will be of great pleasure to see that @project.hope is considered for a delegation or community curator.

The idea of @project.hope was born out of genuine love for creativity and expression of talents. The group has worked immeasurably in building the project aimed at promoting blockchain AI, marketing, business etc. The movement started on the Steem blockchain which has has provided everyone w/ a genuinely borderless medium to express ourselves and earn alongside. I strongly believe that @project.hope application to become a curator is a good demonstration of the teams commitment to this chain.

I'm glad to have you as a part of our community @kryptarion

thx for this encouraging and supportive comment buddy
Yours, Piotr

I am part of @project-hope not for a long time but enough time to be able to say that I have found my favorite community, not only for the topics covered which are the ones that interest me most but also for the support to the members of the community and above all the concrete help to the Venezuelan core team that I find truly commendable, doing good to others is always good. And then the quality of published posts and mutual support among community members through constructive and positive comments that encourage you to do better and better.
I am sure that Project-hope will make good use of Steemit delegation.

Thank you for that technical appreciation and feeling about our project.

Thank you for your supportive comment @mikitaly :)

In particular and for personal use I can say that I feel comfortable and in full freedom with the project hope community, I like the interaction between users and the leadership that takes place here, I just hope that everything continues on the right path in which it is marching. Greetings

From the first moment you occupy a special place in Our Project for being the only expert in oil matters that we have so far.
Thank you for being part of the Project Hope family.

There is perhaps no better place on the Steem chain to read high quality contents than PH and the engagement is also enviable. I hope this scales through. Cheers!

With the support of valuable people like you, we will surely do it.
Thanks!

Really, Its a great thing to see that Steem Inc is reaching out to the people and communities that matter. I love project Hope and the enormous amount of work the leadership has done to see that we are all supported and active. I hope it will receive any and all attention that the Steem Inc. can afford it. Thanks.

Thank you for your kind wishes. We really appreciate and value these.

We also feel grateful that you are part of our community.

Thank you for your supportive comment @focusnow :)

Hello friend @crypto.piotr, I congratulate you on this new initiative.

To belong to a team where each one of us contributes something, from our individual and collective experiences and that at the same time are supported by a team that recognizes the effort, is worthy to admire and also to support.

The small fishes to grow need the mutual and constant support.

This project of which I feel very proud to belong and to be able to grow together.

Cheers,
José G. Lanz.

The small fishes to grow need the mutual and constant support.

Indeed. That's what small fish needs (plural from fish = fish, not fishes hahaha)

This project means for my hope, as its own name says, in my case that I am from Venezuela, it motivates me a lot to share all my knowledge with the community, the desire to share with them, a great community, to arm debates on the topics that we like the most.

That's why this project has my full support, they are a great and excellent team that truly support the whole community and also excellent curators.

As I have said, always count on me, the truth is that I like this project very much for the way it is shaped, for its seriousness and commitment.

They are totally a HOPE, a hug for everyone.

Thanks brother.
I see that you have been very inspired by our Project.
You will always be welcome to post and participate.
Venezuela present!

I'm glad to have you as a part of our community @lenonmc21

thx for this encouraging and supportive comment buddy
Yours, Piotr

Whenever I have to comment on Project Hope, I refer to the feeling of fellowship that we have managed to develop among all the participants.

Mutual support and interaction is the cornerstone of our community. New members and subscribers have assimilated it and immediately begin to practice this philosophy.

A valuable comment shows that you spent a few minutes reading your partner's post and that is our teaching.

Project Hope is Family.

I believe that Project Hope actually is about giving hope to many people. Yesterday, I read a comment from someone who said that 1USD might not be much for most people, but for the people supported in Venezuela, that is enough to have bread on the table for three days. It is a fantastic cause, and it makes me as a writer more motivated to write as well, knowing that we also support this cause at the same time :)

Thank you for being part of the Proyect Hope Family.

I believe that Project Hope actually is about giving hope to many people.

you nailed it @unbiasedwriter :) I believe in that as well

I read a comment from someone who said that 1USD might not be much for most people, but for the people supported in Venezuela, that is enough to have bread on the table for three days.

I think that food in Venezuela is even more expensive comparing to our developed countries. However this 1usd difference can mean for many of those people that they may have or not have this bread at all.

Piotr

Project.hope is a community filled with beautiful writers and the like minded ability of always showing support to each other, is one thing I would not forget easily.

Mutual support will make us strong.
Thank you for participating and being part of Project Hope.

Seeking support should not make one think whether to do it or not.
It is a difficult situation that is being experienced both outside and inside the platform.
I hope that support can be achieved from steemit.inc
I know very well that the interest of this community is purely to help, to support others. To create real links and even achieve projects that stand out from this platform, that have more impact on real life from the blockchain. So why not support this project?

I appreciate your encouraging comment @josevas217 :)

@tipu curate 2

Upvoted 👌 (Mana: 0/4 - need recharge?)

thanks :)

The happyvoter account is the underlying account of the steem-engine Token HVOTE. Every week we try to publish a quality post and the best place to do it is in @project.hope. The whole concept helps to increase visibility and content discovery. For publishers it is a perfect place to write your articles in.

Thank you for your never ending support and encouraging comment @happyvoter

Project Hope is a great project that has built a fantastic community. I have met so many great people through Project Hope and they are all dedicated to promoting good content, they actively comment so we get some participation and debate on posts, and they actively curate to support the active community members. This is exactly what a blogging community should be like and the Steem blockchain enables this community interaction.

Many of us have been on the fence after the split to see which blockchain supports communities like Project Hope. We are not whales in the community so we can't have a huge impact but it feels that many people who have the power are only interested in themselves. Community support is required to enable success for PH on Steemit.

Finally, thanks to @crypto.piotr for everything he has done to builf this community and also how he has helped me.

Such a kind words buddy

Thank you for your never ending support and encouraging comment @awah :)

I am happy to be part of @project.hope since the beginning and I have seen it growing. We are a team of active writers who share their quality publications in the community along with great ration of engagement that brings value to the content and connects the team together.

There is a lot to learn about various topics in the PH community and all this is moving to the right path under the leadership of @crypto.piotr who is focused to take it forward. This is such a great team of people and it will add great value on the steemit platform.

Any team can be considered a great team on the basis of their active participation and as mentioned in the post, we are actively participating in posts. Thank you.

Thank you for your never ending support and encouraging comment Alok :)

Yours, Piotr

Dear @alokkumar121:
Thank you for being a member of our beginnings and for being part of Project Hope Family.

I appreciate and support your efforts to move this project on. You proved to be a good curator of the PH Hive.

Thank you for your supportive comment @deathcross :)

Dear @deathcross:
Thanks for the support and for being part of Project Hope Family

If you aren't on project hope, you are nowhere on the steem blockchain. I will be the happiest person if we get a delegation from steemit.

WOW, what a decided comment!
Thanks for the support and for being part of Project Hope Family

I am glad to be a part of a project as beautiful as project.hope, it has provided me with an opportunity of writing about an aspect of my life I would not have presented to the world on a good day and I am improving daily with lessons written by other business writers on the community.

Unlike other community, project hope is dynamic. I spent several days checking for communities where i could feel at home but found non like project hope. I will be happy if @project.hope gets support from steemit.

To be frank, project hope deserve to get a delegation or become a curator. It's ability to share rewards among community members shows that the delegation will be handled properly.

It is a project committed to the whole community. We should have more initiatives like this to move in a good way towards the success of the platform. My full support to the team and all its members.

Woow, it was worth it reading through it. I'm excited that @project.hope is very supportive and encourages new users. I love @project.hope and i will stay engage with it. Thank you.

@project.hope, @crypto.piotr estupendo proyecto que ayuda a muchos en venezuela.

I am glad I found project.hope on steemit, it has made my steemit experience worthwhile.

On more personal note:

I'm absolutely proud to be part of this project and have an opportunity to collaborate with several amazing and like-minded people. It's hard to figure out where will this venture take us all, however I choosed to be optimistic.

Yours, Piotr

I honestly think that the most important thing is to make a decision with optimism and see where the path leads us, before being in the future reproaching ourselves for not having done so.

I am still optimistic.

This is indeed an achievable vision @crypto.piotr based on the mighty growth of this blockchain, i think as an individual one could create a better revenue here and also it will server as a high source of engagements based on the topics that will be discussed here. I am really happy to be part of this community.

Thank you for the history of this great community. I'll keep on reading more about us.

Am amazed infact am flabbergasted by this level of wisdom you've excued in this write up.

The most amazing part of this post that captures my attention a great deal is the little explanation you give about yourself. This I mean "I'm relentless, open-minded and constantly working hard to achieve our goals."

I guess I have to come more closer to you because they say that like beget like.

I like your passion and persuasiveness and it is obviously expressed in this article. I enjoyed myself reading through it.

I found this combination of ways of doing business more than interesting. I think I can learn a lot from you. I hope to do so. I want to keep growing in the world of cryptocurrencies and Blogging.

On the other hand, a project that seeks to support my Venezuelan friends, has my immediate approval.
A project that seeks to value interaction with comments, support, reblogs and upvotes (despite having very little HP), I approve because I am a staunch advocate of interaction and the power of relationships, in Hive I have a project that focuses on educating users in that area and valuing with upvotes the commitment.

So, you can count on me.

A big hug from Maracay, Venezuela.
