Greetings dear community, I never talk much about myself so I tell you that one of my great hobbies and my great passions is watching anime, I am what they call an otaku, anime refers to Japanese animation and is a means of artistic expression ,which the Japanese have been able to give a unique touch, so I want to tell you about the Japanese animation studio that today is considered the best, the Mappa studio.
The Mappa studio was founded in 2011 by Masao Maruyama who previously worked at the successful Madhouse studio. The beginnings of Mappa were not easy, but undoubtedly in less than 10 years it became the number 1 studio of Japanese animation above studios with decades of experience and in my opinion the reason for that success is the quality it offers.
In their early years they did not receive calls to adapt any work to animation, so they decided to make original works and they showed all their quality, they started modestly until years later they made the successful "yuri on ice" and fame came to this studio, then they received some calls to adapt important works and they did not stop surprising with the quality offered, so they received more and more calls, this year they were called to adapt the final season of the most important anime of the last decade called "shingeki no kyoyin", they are also adapting a work called "jujutsu no kaisen" that is generating a sensation in the world for the overwhelming quality of animation they are showing.
This success has made that for this year they announce that they will adapt 8 works, while studios normally adapt 3 and a maximum of 4, for the people of Mappa it will be double the work and double the money, an interesting part is that thanks to the success obtained, people have become interested in his previous works that it turns out were of the same high quality and are being contacted by streaming services such as Netflix and crunchyroll to buy distribution rights.
When you do something you must give your best, it can happen to you as the case of Mappa that once you achieve success, people are interested in your previous work, so my advice is that it may take time to monetize but always give the best of you.

Well that's a great example that "good things come to those who wait" also in my opinion anime is special because of the feeling the characters can express that not any normal actor/actress can express in movies or so.
