4 years ago a movie called Justice League came out where Superman, Batman and company save the world, it was not a great success but many people made money with it, although it did not have the desired success all the staff that worked on the film won money, plus the people who worked in marketing, the film producers as well, there were really no losses considering blu-ray sales and streaming and TV rights.
We are facing a historical event because next week the same film from 4 years ago will be released, but it is a new film, it is the first time in the history of cinema that something like this happens, it turns out that director Zack Snyder 4 years ago was filming the movie and when he had 75% of the movie shot he was fired, so Warner contract in another director named Joss Whedon, who changed the tone of the movie and re-recorded several scenes that was the movie we saw 4 years ago,Joss Whedon's Justice League. As the fans did not like the film, Zack Snyder started a campaign to release his film and supported by the fans they started the #realesethesnydercut after 4 years of pressure on the people of Warner they get it.
The people of Warner launched the streaming service HBO max and its main event is the Snyder cut, it is estimated that they gave Zack Snyder 50 million dollars and with that a totally new movie, I think they are geniuses they are going to sell the same product 2 times something never before seen in the cinema.
