Have you Heard of the Ethereum Mobile Operating System?

Since the evolution of Web3 technology, Creative minds around the world have been coming up with ideas to make good use of its functionalities. The first milestone of blockchain technology was when the Bitcoin network became successful. The Ethereum network was the next successful thing, and it has been one of the best-performing blockchain networks in the world. As I write this, there are at least 1000 blockchain networks, although most are running as side chains. All these blockchain networks share the same goal of ensuring security, immutability, distribution, decentralization, accessibility, and scalability in transactions

Many individuals and organizations currently believe that the blockchain is only intended for financial or economic usage. It is time to know that there are so many issues at hand that the blockchain can handle, especially when it involves authentication and authorization. One such great development is the Ethereum mobile OS (ethOS). I just heard about this great project this week and couldn't hesitate to read about it.

Currently, Google's Android and Apple's iOS are the two main mobile operating systems being used worldwide. ethOS is another big thing to expect from the Ethereum network. This project intends to bring Web 3 to our mobile devices so that most of the Web3 features will now be available on mobile phones as the usage of mobile devices is growing exponentially.

One positive aspect of ethOS is that its code is open source, making it freely available on GitHub for developers all over the world to contribute ideas to the kit's development. It will have native access to ETH wallets and DApps. The OS is built to handle and verify blocks by itself using Ethereum Light Client as the system service.

One important feature to note about this project is that browsing will be decentralized. The hardware of the ethOS will be used to encrypt private keys before storing them.
This operating system will be great for people to learn about web3 technologies, and I believe it will help increase the adoption and awareness of blockchain technology. At this moment, people with Pixel 3, 3XL, and 5a devices can install ethOS as they work towards making it a compatible and dedicated mobile phone exclusively for the Ethereum network.
