Effort seen as a precious human value

If we take into account that what we work hardest to obtain is what we take care of the most, then we must consider effort as a great human value, since through it we can value the things that are so hard to obtain.

That is why we must always transmit a true slogan whose philosophy is to educate under the values of effort, it is important to mention that when we teach our children to work hard to obtain what they need, we are at the same time cultivating in them moral and ethical principles whose purpose is to value and take care of what costs us so much effort to obtain.

When there is effort it is because there is will in us to do, to build, to fight and not give up, to see failures as opportunities to continue learning constantly. To teach the great value of effort we must explain very well that resignation is the great enemy to overcome, when we resign ourselves, we usually do it when the scenario that is in front of us is failure, and as I said before failure is something very common and what we should not fear, but rather we must take into account the failure as an ideal element to take learning.

It is important in life to locate very well the elements that make up a large set, for this case the great universe of possibilities is enclosed in the set called effort, however within this large set it is necessary that there are other subsets of values that are essential for us human beings to have the initiative to strive in any area of life, these values are: discipline, collaboration, perseverance and strength.

The lack of discipline will make us abandon the ship no matter how much we want to keep making an effort, it is impossible to make an effort without discipline, it is necessary to be organized in our plans of efforts. Collaboration is a primordial entity, since when we are striving we will always need an external collaboration that makes us continue fighting, perseverance is that driving source that drives us to continue and never give up trying, while fortitude is that strength to continue sailing along with all the values that drives us to continue striving until we achieve the desired goals.
