Digital artist Mike Winkelmann, better known as Beeple, has released 100 copies of an NFT consisting of a video that includes Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla.
In the clip, the businessman has the body of Gigachad, a meme character that bears a certain similarity to the Incredible Hulk. He is guarded by doge representing dogecoin.
This non-fungible token of the 39-year-old artist was put up for sale on the Nifty Gateway platform for only USD 1.
In order to acquire it, it was necessary to previously answer a questionnaire. Those interested had only one option to do so, and all 100 units of the NFT were sold on the same launch day.
The questions that, due to their difficulty, left many outside is unknown.
Although each of the tokens that make up this edition was sold by Beeple for USD 1, the resale prices far exceed that figure, as can be seen in the marketplace.
The most expensive resale at the time of writing was for $59,000. Some holders ask for up to $250,000 for the token.
This release, in conjunction with other NFTs, is a continuation of their "The First 5000 Days" series.
These tokens were collected into a large collage that was sold for $70 million on March 11, 2021 on the popular Christie’s auction house.

Although on other occasions he also used, as in this case, a symbolic sale price and the requirement to correctly answer a questionnaire, most of these tokens are sold at auction.
For example, the NFT for day 5,064, which included a physical representation of the artwork, was purchased for $ 500,000.
