Time management is the process of deliberately controlling and planning the time spent on specific activities especially to increase efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. It is about reconciling the various demands of a person regarding work, social life, family, hobbies, personal interests and time commitments. By using your time efficiently, you have "choices" to spend or manage activities according to your time and convenience.

Time management with a variety of techniques, tools and can benefit from techniques that are used to manage time when specific tasks, projects and goals are achieved on time. Initially, time management referred only to business or business activities, but eventually the term was expanded to include personal activities. A time management system is an individual set of processes, tools, techniques and methods. It is essential in any project management because it is usually determines the timing and scope of the project. Due to the changing cultural perception of time, it is also important to understand that there are technical and structural differences in the management of time.
