One thing I must say is that deep down no matter what, it shows that we are doing well in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Well, as for your information, the cryptocurrency ecosystem has grown so big that we need to be smart as it relates to how we are handling things. Well, centralized exchange is an exchange where your cryptocurrency keys are kept in the hand of third party. It can be seen as an agent where your cryptocurrency related activities are being carried out by third agent or excrow. This time unlike decentralized exchange,they are called an intermediaries. By intermediaries I mean escrow or somebody that will be acting as a middle man. We all knows that such system can lead to so many things. From research I am seeing that many people don't like the centralized exchanges that much, this is simply because they are exchanges that is controlled by individuals or just a person. Mind you, the reason why people don't like the centralized exchange that much is simply holding to the very fact that your fund are not safe as the owner of the cryptocurrency project can decide to withdraw money and move away.

Well, they are still people out there who loves the cryptocurrency centralized ecosystem/exchange naturally, those people don't on any way joke with centralized exchange for a lot of reason. As for your information while using the cryptocurrency centralized exchange, you can swap a token and it will still be in your cryptocurrency wallet. The only reason you can get out of that centralized exchange is simply if you send the token out yourself to your cold wallet yourself. When it comes to the decentralized blockchain you will see that once you make decisions they are final. You should be careful with the centralized exchange because they can Wales up one day and say that their account was hacked and all business/investors money were stolen. We have seen this story over and over again, you just have to be careful over what you are doing.

Hi @ tfame3865, you touched a rather interesting point that any new investor should know, having the cryptos in a centralized exchange can be risky because it does not have the power of the keys, the cold wallets are a good option to hold if it is forgetful, because you have to guard your own keys and if you lose it you will not have access.
