Starting the day off on the right foot

Hello dear friends!

Every day we wake up is a gift that God gives us, and we must make the most of it. One way to achieve this is to perform activities that help us to activate our energies early in the morning and keep us motivated, on the other hand we will develop discipline and thus we can achieve what we propose and encourage our family and children. Perhaps you have heard that one of the keys to success is to maintain a morning routine, so we can take advantage of having more clarity in our mind and thus focus on our goals.

Now, what activities do you practice in the morning?

Each person has their own routine, and should evaluate whether it is leading to success, if not you have to create them, there are no magic activities, however, among those that are recommended are:

Be grateful, dedicate a few moments to meditate and be grateful for everything you are about to live in the day, you will see how good things happen to you.

Plan, sometimes we only know that we have to go to work and the rest of the day we are doing what comes our way, so we can not work on our goals and do not take advantage of the time to the fullest. With only 5 or 10 minutes we can plan our day, if it is preferable we can make a list of activities, this way at the end of the day we will feel good about what we achieved.

Prepare a healthy breakfast, dedicate some time to cook what you like and is beneficial, it will fill you with energy and you will avoid eating out something fast and not so healthy.

Practice exercise, it is not necessary to go to the gym so there are no excuses for not doing it, there are many options to activate the body from early, you can take a walk in the park near your home, download online videos of exercise routines and training, the important thing is to perform a physical activity.

Take a shower with cold water, research indicates that it is beneficial for health as it improves circulation, activates the metabolism, fights some pains and manages to activate us almost instantly improving our mood to face the challenges of the day.
Take care of your appearance, this is important to feel good, it does not imply changing radically, but we must take care of our body, thus increasing our confidence and self-esteem.

Read or watch something that inspires you, if when we get up we only see on the phone or listen to the news on TV we will worry about situations that we have no control over and it will affect our mood, it is preferable to read something that motivates us and that is positive to start our day better.

As we can see there are several activities that we can do to start the day well, that do not involve great efforts and that will bring positive changes in our life we just have to start practicing any of them and we will see the changes.

One thing I do in the morning before going out is I stand in front of the mirror and say positive and words of encouragement to myself with this no matter what people do or say to put me down does not count or matter.
