This is my first post here in Steemit Filipino Community. Probably, the first long post in the community. Hehe! It is still new but I hope my fellow Filipino will start posting in this community, too.

WAKE-UP TIME

---

I woke up late early at exactly 3:06 AM. I was still sleepy, but my eyes won't let me sleep. It was around 5:00 AM that my eyes were tired. I decided to play the alpha brain waves for sleeping. With that, I slept and woke up again at around 9:00 AM because of a phone call. It was my mother. She was in Zamboanga del Sur, right now, with my father. She will be managing our bakery since our eatery is still closed.

It was just a short call. My just-woke-up voice can't like. My mother just asked me this and that, then she ended the call. I tried sleeping again; unfortunately, I can't. I stayed in bed and one of my housemates, Argine @tomogiroe, was busy preparing things. She was on her way to the beach at Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. I actually envied her since she always went to the beach, while I haven't been to the beach for more than a year already. How I wish I could go home and feel like a mermaid again.

LUNCHTIME

Since it was almost lunch, Ate Isang (another housemate) was craving steamed rice and siomai of Braddex. The store was just a 5-minute walk away from our apartment. It was broad daylight and we didn't bring an umbrella. Summer is getting closer, and I can already feel the sun was burning through my skin. But then, food is life so we walked and bought food. I ordered steamed rice, two Bacon rolls, and three Siomai with egg. My last munch of this combo was in November last year.

ME TIME

After lunch, Ate Isang went out also for an overnight in Mandaue City, Cebu. I was alone in the apartment. At first, I don't want to be left alone here. Now, I'm getting used to being alone for the whole day and even for a few days or nights. I was supposed to study for work but decided to write blogs instead. After writing, I painted. Now that I'm expecting the board exam to be postponed again, I am now trying to catch up on the things that I want to do like blogging, drawing, painting, reading, and even dancing. As for Saturday afternoon, I did dancing and reading. After that, I went to sleep and had a nightmare. This is one of the reasons that I don't want to sleep alone. Thank God I was able to wake up after that nightmare. And yes, I pray and didn't have any negative thoughts before I fell asleep.

DINNER TIME

Because I'm scared to sleep again, I decided to write. It was around four in the afternoon. It was past seven that Argine arrived. I didn't know that she wouldn't be staying overnight there. I was happy that she's home and I have someone with me. I was really planning not to sleep at night because I'm afraid I'll be having nightmares and no one will help me to wake up.

When she arrived, I was still writing a blog. I asked her if she will still eat and said no. So I cooked food that was enough for me. I cooked sardines with egg and then spam. I didn't fry the spam. I like it when it is just submerged in a hot water.

BEDTIME

After I eat, I finished my blog and then started painting. I only painted two: Nature and Woman. I finished painting the province life, but I haven't finished painting the woman. I was already sleepy my eyes were about to fall. It was still early for my usual bedtime, but my head was starting to ache. It was still 11:00 PM but decided to call it a day.

Anyway, I considered this day as my Me Time since I was able to do the things that I want to do. I even slept in the afternoon, a bit weird I must say. Hence, I enjoyed my Sunday.
