My daughter, last month, visited Switzerland. She went to see the Swiss Alps and even in summer, without the snows on the mountain, the scene was majestic. While in Switzerland, she and her friends had the occasion to cross over to France as it was just across the border and they did not need any visas anymore. They went to a place called Annecy and this place was very beautiful.
They walked across the town and came upon Lake Annecy. The view was fantastic. And while walking along the banks of Lake Annecy swans would just swim towards them, gliding along with their immaculate white feathers and graceful movements. My daughter sent some photos which I am sharing with you now.
As can be seen from the photos above the lake is full of these lovely swans and is one of the more popular tourist attractions in the place. My daughter said she plans to go back if her schedule permits. I told her France would be a very popular place next year as the 2024 Olympic Summer Games are going to be held in Paris.
