Communities do bring people with the same interest together. And like my name says it all, I am interested into gambling and sports betting.
For the sports betting I already did create a community (https://steempeak.com/c/hive-126508/created) but for my gambling interested there wasn’t a community yet! This has been fixed now.
Since a few hours ago, we do have a (steem) gambling related community on our beloved steem blockchain! While the community is on the steem blockchain all gambling related posts, steem related or not, are welcome.

Still a lot of work has to be done. A banner still has to be created and a profile picture. So still a lot of work in progress. But I will make sure that both are in place before the month is over!
The idea behind the community!
Well some of us like to gamble. Gambling is referred as placing money, crypto or something valuable on a uncertain outcome of a particular event. Aka gambling. It can make you rich but probably not, it can make you poor (hell yes it can). There is only one truth when gambling, the house always wins. And no they don’t have to scam you. The odds are set in such a way that variance is always at their side! Don’t blame them. Most gambling related dapps on the steem blockchain can be trusted. Some are here for almost a year and are very responsive on their discord channel!
So with this community we can unite the gamblers and the dapp owners. Not for blaming but to inform each other! To write articles about the gambling related dapps and so on!
The dapp owners can inform their players about promotion, new games or other related information.
The players can write review about the dapps, explain strategies, show off their big winnings or wine about their losses! But they also can write reviews about gambling outside the steem blockchain, offline and online!
It would be great if we can create a vivid and friendly gambling community! A community where we do threat each other with respect!
Non gambling related posts will be muted. But for the rest, your imagination is your only limit in this community! But please be respectful to all other members!
I also would like to invite all gambling related dapps on the steem blockchain to post their posts in the Gambling community. Maybe this will give you guys more exposure.
So @epicdice, @kryptogames, @cupz, @steemslotgames, @steem-rollerd (@klye) and @brosgn and others don’t be shy and use the community which is also created for all of you! Feel free to post in the community or cross-post your posts into the community!
Also feel free to curate great gambling posts so that they do get more exposure! You all have enough SP, to support some great posts! Now you do have a place where you should be able to find all gambling related news in one place!
