Today I wake up early in the morning and I pray at dawn, and the sun rises, and I do activities, namely leaving to teach, and I take a shower, eat, and immediately go to school where I teach.

today I teach half a day, to be precise at 8:00 the bell sounds a sign that teaching time has arrived, and I go straight to class, to teach some subjects or subjects and I teach as a sports teacher, at a school in Aceh Indonesia, and I teaching junior high school level.

So today I teach about physical fitness, and spiritual, and it is very important for the health of the body, and today I just gave a little theory and maybe next week I will give practice about physical fitness, and health,

precisely at 10:00 the time ran out and I entered another class, and this class is all women, and here we provide, and separate men and women, and here we are still thick with Islamic teachings, not close to men -men and women and you can see from the photo above

and precisely at 12:00 the teaching hours were up, and I immediately got ready to go home, and I went home, arrived at my house to rest for a while and eat, and the time for dhuhur prayer arrived, I immediately prayed and prayed and rested
