Photography is the process of creating still or moving images by recording radiation in a sensitive area such as a film or an electric sensor. Photography products are called negatives and photographs, the latter being made from bad. Light patterns are shown or emitted by objects that activate sensitive chemical or electronic sensor during timely exposure usually through a camera lens. The camera keeps track of chemical or electronic data.

Photographers control the camera and lens to expose the recorded light intensity to the required amount of light to create a hidden image (on film) or a green file (digital camera) which, after proper processing, is converted into a usable image. In digital cameras, instead of film, an electronic image sensor is used based on sensitive sensors.

Photography can also be called art and good photographers often show off their oeuvre as artists displaying their paintings. In fact, the Greek word for photography means 'to paint with light'. Photography has many uses in business, science and filmmaking, fashion, tourism, advertising, etc.

Therefore, there are fashion photography where people focus on taking pictures of models in such a way that it highlights the designer costumes and accessories they play. To promote tourism in a particular area, attractive brochures should be designed. This will feature photos of tourists. Many industries also produce brochures and illustrated books for their products.

In films, still photographers still take certain still images to promote new films to the media. A movie camera is different from stationary cameras. It takes a quick sequence of photos on film slides. Each series of pictures forms a frame. Frames are played later in a movie projector. In the field of advertising, photo shoots are very common.

The products to be advertised should be shot and sometimes the models are also part of the shoots. Good photographers are very demanding and cost a fortune for their services. A talented photographer can also do model work by helping them create a beautiful portfolio. Technical courses are available for those who wish to become photographers.
