I am sure I once told you guys that I was a security guard at 'Banga School' Kumba... Last night while doing my job, 2 drunk customers started quarrelling seriously over a very childish issue. One of the customers was my kid bro and i didn't really know the other person.
I simply approached them and humbly pleaded with them to stop fighting... The other guy didn't take my approach as simple and polite as i was trying to make it appear.
The guy immediately involved the gendarmes into the issue telling them that I was the one fighting him.
The gendarmes asked me to explain what was going on and I told them that, I was just an employed security guard at the snack trying to separate two customers from fighting( as my job entails ). They asked me to call out the other customer which I did.
They started questioning him, luckily for him, he had his I.D card in his wallet... But we all know that an Card is very useless in this country, especially when security forces are bent on depressing you🤦🏽♂️.
Before I realized, the gendames started beating my kid bro mercilessly infront of the snack, I approached them and tried begging them to stop, I told them the boy they were beating was even drunk and not in his right senses.
One of the gendarmes took my words the wrong way and started claiming that I was opposing them, before I knew it, they started beating me too... Within the blink of an eye one of the gendames pulled out his gun and fired 5 shots at my brother's legs and left immediately😭.
We are currently in the hospital, his pains are so unbearable that he can't stop himself from
crying 5 bullets in his legs.
First child of my family, my siblings and parents really look up to me, I don't even know how am going to get through this heartbreaking situation.
I don pay hospital bills them sotey i tire🤦🏽♂️
Really funny that we live in a lawless country, those meant to protect us are the ones hurting us so who am i suppose to run to now?🤦🏽♂️
