What Motivated me to Join steem

Every day is a learning process. Experience they say is the best teacher. That is what steem gives it users. Hello good people on steem, it's lovely to come your way with what really motivated me to join steem.

As you are aware, I do write short stories and article concerning politics and other social issues on other platforms for fun. The aim was not get people engaged but when it's about politics, I really want to know what's going on in the country and how we can help to build our country.

• I got to know about steem through two people. Firstly from @menak a colleague teacher in school and @oppongk the one who really showed me the gate way and did the registration for me and has been my coach up till now.

My greatest motivation was how to connect with people all over the world. Steemit brings a lot of people from different countries, cultural backgrounds and people with numerous experience. Connecting with these people from different backgrounds will serve as proper ways to build myself in life. It's better to learn from the greats in other to become great. When you are in a race alone, you never know whether you are doing good or bad. So connecting with people will serve as a guide through these:

A bond is created when you follow someone on steem. The person becomes a friend, these friendship can grow to benefit one another on steem and in real life.

• Everyone wants to add another business to what they do. I have had interest to do online business but I didn't want to do any business where I don't know the person I have entrusted my money into. When I heard about steem and how creativity and writing can help serve as another form of business. I was very happy to join because, it was going to give me some small rewards and also give me more insight into crypto currency and online trading. Trading in foreign currencies now is booming and coming to steem have helped me a lot. I am now entering my fifth achievement task and by the time, I am done with all of them, I believe, I would be the best.

Furthermore, steemit platform serves as a learning process. People post about anything which serves a learning guide to all of us and those outside steem. We learn about other cultures and way of life of other people around the world. It is funny when I ready Korean or Chinese through Google translate. I am beginning to learn other languages through steem. So when I say it's a learning tool for us I mean it. Students can also use some of our great post as reference for their research. Because steem is a block chain documents are kept forever which will serve as a reference material in future.

Aside all these, people can sit and read funny contents and relax their brains for a hard Day's work. Entertainment in our lives is better for a healthy living. Steemit serve great purposes. These are some of the great motivational factors I considered before joining steem. I believe these and many more are what I have experienced. I believe there are more I can get from steem. I am still learning as the days goes by.
