Good day everyone, I'm happy to be in this community and to be a partaker of this contest. Thanks so much to @oppongk for creating this contest. To me, it's like having a review of my activities in @steemit and having to weigh it if it really worth the time given to it. I will like to share little things with you all, those things that kept me going and being active.
Actually, my journey in @steemit started last week in January, 2021. A friend of mine @fredquantum told me about it, I wasn't involved with cryptocurrency then but I was hoping to learn about it. It was a good time when he told me about it and he explained to me how I have to be writing frequently to get money. Writing is not a big deal to me, I signed up and I've not regretted that decision.
Firstly, I've been enjoying writing and posting from day one. My writeups has not gone unnoticed and unappreciated since I joined @steemit. There are a lot of engagements on my posts, making me to be happy and also to write better next time. Also my writing has improved. Because I don't use to write regularly before, my writing skills were not good at all but since I joined @steemit, I've been learning from other people's posts and using it to improve myself.
Secondly, meeting people is one of the things I so much cherish about @steemit. In @steemit, you will meet with people and you talk as if you've been together for a long period of time.
There are people of matured minds in @steemit, people of various countries and ethnicity, all coming together to relate in a friendly manner, that always make me happy. I do read different people's post, interact and get acquainted with the way of life in their country. Such practices keep me active in @steemit.
I'm still active in @steemit because of the new community called Crypto Academy. I've been enjoying each week's lectures and learning every time I visited any of the professor's classes. @steemit is giving out priceless information via Crypto Academy and I'm a beneficiary. Sometimes the homework are difficult for me to undertake but I will always find the ones I can do.
Another thing that keeps me going in @steemit is the presence of diverse types of communities. There are communities for photography, food, music, sport, game, book review, and so much more. No boring moments in @steemit.
Lastly, when you are being paid for what you enjoy doing, the work becomes sweet, it becomes easy, you find yourself creating more time everytime because it's bringing good returns for your activities.
I wish to enjoy myself more in @steemit.
