Am happy to be part of this contest. I want to use this medium to write about the benefits of exercise as well as to show you how I in my own special way carry it out.
The benefits of exercise can not be overly emphasized.
- From helping us to loss weight, to boosting energy levels.
- Exercise help us to have a better sleep and rest.
- Having a regular exercise helps one to retain their sharp reflexes.
- The heart works well when we exercise. Our pulse and heartbeat will be normal thereby pushing blood and oxygen to various parts of our body.
- For those who want to be trim or loss weight, specific aerobic exercise can help them.
personal experience
For my physcial exercise, i ride from Aguda market to the National Stadium which is like four kilometers ( 4km).
Secondly, when am not able to go to the stadium, i use my dumbbell to do some specify programs i have written for myself.
In conclusion, exercise is good for our well being, it helps to boost our body metabolism. Even the scriptures say that " physically training is beneficial..."
