The fruit is very beneficial for the body.Every person should eat fruits regularly to keep the body healthy.I love to eat fruit.I like to eat ripe sweet mango the most.When the fruit season begins, the surroundings are full of fruit.We should eat more of these seasonal fruits.This is because these seasonal fruits are rarely seen at other times of the year.Such as mango, jackfruit, guava, litchi and other seasonal fruits are usually not available throughout the year.So in these fruit seasons we should eat more and more fruits.
My favorite fruit:🥭Mango.

Mango is the king of fruits in Bangladesh.And mango is one of my favorite fruits.I love to eat mango.I like both ripe and raw mangoes very much.I like the sweet taste of ripe mango.But I like to eat ripe mango the most.I eat mango regularly when the mango season starts.

I like to eat mango, milk, rice very much.I occasionally eat milk rice with ripe mango during the mango season.This dish is one of my favorite dishes.This dish is a traditional dish of different rural areas of Bangladesh.

There are several reasons why mango is my favorite fruit.Both ripe mango and raw mango are very beneficial for our body.As ripe mango is very tasty to eat, I like raw mango paste very much.I like to eat raw mango with salt, green pepper and mustard oil.I sit together with everyone in my house and occasionally eat raw mango mash.I like to share and eat with everyone.So mango is my favorite fruit.Also, raw mango and ripe mango have different tastes and nutritional value.I like to eat mango the most because of the different nutritional value of mango.

Mango is rich in nutrients.The nutritional value of mango is incomparable to provide energy to the body and to fill the deficiency of vitamins in the human body. We have a lot of vitamins.The nutritional value of mango increases the body's resistance to disease.The various nutritional value of mango plays an important role in the prevention of various diseases in the human body.Just as ripe mangoes are rich in vitamins, raw mangoes are rich in iron.And iron plays an important role in eliminating anemia in our body.It is very important for our body to eat ripe mango as well as raw mango to make up for the lack of calcium, potassium and iron in the body.
