While the world was strongly up for the Ruhingyas in Rhakine-Myammar, the Tiv people of Benue state of Nigerian are being massacred in silence. Living in Nigeria at the moment could be equated to hell because if one is not killed by a Boko haram detonated explosive, one will fall to the bullets of the bandits. If one is not killed by hunger, one's throat will get slit by the double-aged sword of the marauding Fulani herders. The absence of security presence in the rural areas has made them easy preys for any of Boko Haram, bandits and Fulani herders. The Tiv ethnic group are particularly targeted by the herders. Since 2017 they have been on the run seeking for non-existing safety havens in Nigeria.

They are always on the run, both the youth and the aged.

Their properties are burnt to ashes by these herders

They are being Killed like wild animals (Viewers' discretion advised)
