The black wasp's name, Sphecidae

The Sphecidae are a cosmopolitan family of wasps of the suborder Apocrita that includes sand wasps, mud daubers, and other thread-waisted wasps.

I found this wasp while hunting for insect photos in a corn garden belonging to a local resident in the area, Simpang Keramat, North Aceh, Indonesia. In the afternoon. Below I have uploaded the photo, I hope you are interested and like it. :)
