MY FAVORITE FRUIT ❤️
Okay so my fruits are different as the season changes. Currently in winters strawberries are the most awaited fruit for me. I love strawberries actually all types of berries. I wish I could live in Norway because usually berries grow in Northern areas. Well this is my current favorite fruit and I can make many sweet dishes with it ❤️.
ABOUT STRAWBERRIES
Strawberries usually grow in cold and northern areas. In other countries with low temperature gave strawberries whole year but the countries having high temperature doesn't gave strawberries whole year.
BENIFITS :
If we talk about it the benifits then strawberries are good for heart patients and it increases HDL. It lower your blood pressure it is a fat free fruit and low calorie fruit. Plus it is packed with vitamins and fibers.
So over all strawberries are really good fruit and seasoned fruits are really benificiall so we all have to intake it in any form.
