Eating goat curry is healthy

Midday meal with goat curry, really delicious especially served with cucumber juice to cool the midday heat. We usually eat goat curry to increase our body's stamina, if we don't get enough sleep, we are too tired to work and to prevent anemia.

Makan tengah hari berlaukkan kari kambing,sungguh sedap apalagi disajikan dengan juice mentimun untuk menyejukkan suasana panas tengah hari. Kari kambing biasanya kita makan untuk menambah stamina badan kita,apabila kita kurang tidur,terlalu penat bekerja dan untuk mencegah anemia.
