Make yourself responsible for your own happiness!

Happiness is a wonderful feeling. There's no one who doesn't want to be happy. We all have our own way to search happiness and build a happy feeling. But it's true at the end of the day search happiness outside us, we expect someone else or something else will make us happy. This feeling and mentality is quite opposite to bring happiness in our lives, you know?

Let me explain!

As long as we don't take charge of our own happiness we have to depend on others to make us feel happy, right? That means we are letting others or certain things decide for us. And if anything goes wrong, we may not find happiness at all. But on the contrary, if we make ourselves responsible for our happy experience we can be happy no matter what.

So, how can we make ourselves responsible for our own experience of happiness?

• Remember, it's your life and you can shape it how you need it.
• Don't depend on anyone. Yeah, get help, befriend. Don't depend blindly.
• And don't expect anything in return. Everyone is busy and it's no one's duty to make us feel happy.
• Everyone has their own life. So don't bother if no one helps you to make you feel better.
• Stay positive and do your work.
• Don't judge others and don't put yourself in gossips.
• Be true and be kind.

There can be so many ways to stay positive towards life. And there are more than enough ways to build our own way of happiness. These are actually some of the few things I personally try to stay positive and attached to life. It helps to stay focus on our own happiness but kind towards others. Try to include it in your life.
