Hi, @wakeupkitty I never thought of banana's not being a staple everywhere, we always have them on hand and grow them. You are right banana bread should only be made from overripe bananas. They are also loaded with potassium. I have been having trouble posting but it worked this morning.

    I have trouble posting too. I think they still work on the sites/blockchain. Several times a day the sites and tribes are unreachable. I guess we have to give it some time.
