Humans seem by nature to dislike and resist change. The maintenance of the “Status Quo” “The current state of affairs” “Our current state of being” seems preferable to any actual achievement which involves change. At least that’s what they taught me in psychology class.

However I think that there are many who seek change as they desire it and feel its necessary. I also feel their are others who seek to make change and they are the “Change Makers”. I think perhaps they seek to be the “Masters of their own destiny”.

I see change as inevitable, like the night following the day, and day following the night. It is an eventuality, an inevitability, something which shall come and which is unstoppable.

The best thing to do is to prepare if you know it’s coming and adapt when it occurs. Adapt, Change, Survive and Thrive. These are the characteristics of a successful species. These characteristics have made humans, who lack claws, horns, thick hair, armor or great size the dominant species on earth.

You're definitely right my friend, I feel sometimes it can be painful as well to enact change but it's inevitable and it's a process that's common with human that can't be ignored

Yes. I agree. Change is part of live, sometimes painful, but it’s part of life.
