Every one in this world expect to get a better, healthier and happier life.
Just after making some daily habits and adopting some rules will drastically change the quality of our life.
Here are some suggestions :
Be sure to sleep for at least 8 hours at night. It will help you to wake up with a relaxed and refreshed mind and body.
Never stop learning. Read every day, you may literally choose any topic. Keep notes and implement the thing learned in life.
Keep your room cleaned and be cleaned every time. Your environment makes your mood, so always keep your surrounding in an organised way. Through the broken and unused stuffs.
Don't forget to take a shower everyday, summer or winter doesn't matter.
Wear cleaned and ironed dress, keep a decent hair style and wear polished shoes.
Keep smiling, even in front of the person, who don't like you. You need not to dislike any body as we all are the creature of same GOD. It will eventually change the perception of that person towards you.
Patience in life is very important. Don't throw away your learning after few days of implementations. Wait for the bigger change to happen before leaving a good habit.
