What is the 99-word Writing Challenge?
It is a DAILY writing challenge that prompts you to write exactly 99-words to complete a story based on Merriam Webster's Word of the Day. The goal is to stimulate the writing bug, expand our vocabulary, and support other writers within the Steemit and HIVE writing community.
Hello friends! With apologies, the Word of the Day wasn't purposefully skipped nor has it ended. I've been organizing, promoting, and launching Geek Out Virtual Con, a 2-day livestreaming event hosted by GeekInsider.com. No joke, I needed yesterday to recover. So today, I'll post today's WOTD and previous three that I missed.
Writer's option
Using the 4 words, you have the option of creating four 99-word stories or one 300-500 word story. Let's see what you've got!
